I give the 3 star because of the guy Robert service was excellent but the other server came out and wanted to do things her way after he had been working alone for damn near an hour by himself she comes out being disrespectful because I told her I wanted Robert to finish my order since he was already waiting on me she then proceeds to keep getting in our business instead of working on the customers waiting in line her name was Yvette which I don’t believe but I took a picture of her. Came in here on 12/21/25 at around 9:50pm and let me say.. one of the best chipotles!
Although they weee short staffed and busy, the WHOLE TEAM stayed positive and didn’t give attitude. They also didn’t put small portions just because they were annoyed. They still continued to treat everyone the way they would like to be treated despite being in a stressful environment. Food was also one of the best! The queso here is top tier and they definitely know how to serve! Love this location

Online order was ready and accurate when I arrived. Learned that the person picking up the order makes the drinks, which is helpful knowledge if using a delivery service since I prefer restaurant staff to make my full order and place a sticker over the top of fountain drinks.

Got food poisoning from this Chipotle. In hindsight shouldn’t have eaten the bowl I got as I was already concerned with the lack of cleanliness. Noticed significant cross contamination between ingredients. Staff was dumping ingredients into eachother and spilling items into other items. Especially concerning was the meat being poured into the vegetarian items. Service was also extremely slow. Submitted a review to the corporate support and got back a clearly automated response about “ensuring we are properly wrapping our burritos”.
