Worst location period. The teenagers they had working were joking about how they forgot to make the bread that day, so all they had was wheat. And then they blamed it on a table of three. They thought it was hilarious. So my family of 4 left and will not be back, because this is the second time in a month this has happened, mainly because of the immature teenagers they employe. Also they told me they don’t have managers, they only have an owner, and employees. Go figure lol

Before I say this, this is the first time I’ve ever been treated like this before… truly has me questioning is I’ll ever go back. Number 1 the red haired guy was EXTREMELY rude, they were talking about a female employee and how she lives 2 hours away and how it holds everyone up but the boss wont fire her because he likes her and shes always 30 minutes late. when we asked for lettuce when there was nothing but brown wilted lettuce he grabbed it and slammed it on the sandwich and looked at us and said “is that good enough”. We just looked at each other. Then he got mad when the next sandwich we ordered had lettuce on it and he went in the back and started throwing pans. EXTREMELY rude, and almost mean. Truly. The other guy with a bun and dark hair… he kept apologizing and at the end I told the red haired guy I’m sorry and I hope his day got better and he looked annoyed and said “why I’m here to open to close, I have to make money some how”.

The food is always great !! The place is always clean but the attitude on the very tall guy who only works 3 days as he said and construction the rest of the week was unfriendly needs to smile and learn how to say thank you he was unfriendly made me feel like I was wrong for even being there I worked at subway in Florida and probably the tip jar had only change because of his attitude I still left 15% tip but I usually leave more so his attitude??!! Dang I’ll make sure I definitely do not go there when he is working I’m so sorry to the owners for THIS BUT MAYBE IT WILL GET HIM TO CHANGE

The guys coworker called out and he was a bit stressed having so many people at once but I had an online order for bogo on footlongs they were normal and how they came I wake for my meatball sandwich to be cut in 3 pieces but he had cut it in half and said he messed up I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t realize he meant by cutting it in half I thought he did something wrong and was remaking it he grabbed a new bread and scooped my meatballs out and put it in the new bread burning his hands but the best part was in the other bread all the juices from the meatballs idc about toasted but I want my juices but the Baja Turkey was amazing!

It’s a simple and easy experience here! I use the app, and my order is always accurate. It even let’s me pay on the app. If I request it to be took to my car, they take it right out. If I go in to get my food, I can get my food, thank the workers, and walk out. The Italian herb and cheese bread is always in stock here too, which just makes it better.

So before I say what I have to say let me make clear I love subway, but after what just happened this company will never get my buisness or any of my family’s buisness ever again. This place is so bad it takes over for sonic as worst restaurant ever. We usually go into this subway 2 to 3 times a month. We’ll went in there around 430 tonight to get supper. My wife has a service dog who by federal law can go into restaurants. She walked in and the dog was on the floor next to her away from the food. The people at this restaurant told her she couldn’t come in there at all. The employees got hateful when we walked in with the dog. Then asked if we had papers on her which we do. Then we had to have her on a leash. So we will be contacting a lawyer and be sueing subway for discrimination for not serving us because of the dog. We will also be contacting ADA the Americans with disabilities act to let them know how we were treated at subway.

The boy behind the counter was extremely rude. They were out of almost everything I wanted. My sandwich was not cut.I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times because he insisted on mumbling. I had to pick my change up off the floor after he threw it at me. DO NOT RECOMMEND..RUN!!
