I love my experiences here. It’s so clean when i look into the kitchen from the drive-thru. The counters are clear and wiped down so they shine. My food is fresh with good quality ingredients I ordered. The staff is neatly groomed and looks like healthy individuals. A great place to order good healthy food! I love Subway.

Used the drive thru at this subway and the lady taking the order was having a difficult time understanding exactly what we were asking for. We pulled around to the window where she continued to be difficult and did not take the rest of my order. After handing her a gift card and it being used up, she threw it out onto the street.

I would recommend just about any other subway if you want to avoid a frustrated employee, a wrong order, and a difficult experience overall

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Tried to give me the wrong order (when there was no one in front of me). Then tried to keep my debit card. And the lady at the window looked so confused. I try not to complain, because I know how hard Restaurant work is, but this was the worst.

Also… when I got to my destination and opened the food (10 minutes later), the odor was horrible, it tasted horrible, and it looked even worse. (I ordered a turkey sub)

Well first I wanna say I had quit going to Trenton Subway ( the only one I ever went to because its close to home) over a year ago because all subways quit selling the oven roasted chicken. Well last night we decided to try subway again and my person wanted a Tuna fish. Well at 6 min to 6 on a Thursday night the girl told me that’s all the Tuna fish they had. (it was maybe a scoop ) . That’s crazy! So again I was let down and this time I will not be back.

So today as usually do, ordered subway, 2 foot longs and 2 20 0z diet cokes and large Diet Coke drink and I ask for a 6 in without the bun in a black bowl for my puppy. Well, today I was told by an employee that they were losing chicken and gotten in trouble for doing this for my puppy or something to that effect and that they couldn’t do it anymore, I was like, “but I am paying for a 6 in just meat only” I don’t understand how you are losing money because the customer is paying for the meat. If anyone was losing money it would be me, since I don’t get the bread. I told them I will get my puppy his supper somewhere else then. But, he then went to say he would do it this one time. I ask, “ where was my 2 drinks and large drink and 2 bags of chips, the guys response was, he don’t know anything about that and shuts the window. Finally 5 minutes later guy comes to the window and ask me what I was needing, I told him well I need the rest of my meal that they did t put on the first receipt. I told him the order didn’t even show the rest of the stuff so I will have to pay for that stuff but I just told him afterwards to just refund the purchase I didn’t want a thing now. First, he told me that I would get a refund in 3-5 days. My response was, I need a receipt showing that it was refunded before I leave. I finally got the receipt but this is very uncalled for and poor service for the store. I have always had perfect service no matter the long wait in the drive thru. But this is uncalled for.

The employees were extremely loud, talked about other employees and begging to go to other stores in front of customers. The drink machine barely has anything to drink to select from. The place was clean, but you ask for a bunch of something, your not getting it. It’s like they are counting even the pickles and olives. I use to love Subway, it now that new owners have taken it over, it is terrible!

The food is great… if they have what you want. They are always out of something. Even if they do have what you want you better make sure you go in. Literally every time I go through the drive through or call in an order my order is wrong. They even give you the paper the write what you want and they don’t even care to write when you want more of and item or less of an item. On 07/29/2023 I went in for the second time this week and for the second time this week they were out of bread. I opted to wait this time because I was really craving Subway. I was told it would be 20 minutes. 40 minutes and 3 togo orders later that came in after my arrival (I heard them take the order) they finally turned their attention to the customers actually in their lobby. One guy never talks, never smiles. He doesn’t even ask what you want – he just stares at you until you tell him. The red headed guy is rude and likes to push through the line of customers without saying excuse me or acknowledging anybody is even there. The district manager(or whatever official title she has) is rude as well and tries to pressure you to move through the line as quickly and rudely as possible. She does not want to hear how you want your sandwich made – she only wants to do only the premade sandwhich. She literally TOLD me to go take a seat and she’ll let me know when they are done. The owner, I believe his name is Chris, is just as arrogant and rude. He decided to argue with me over a side condiment that I asked for and didn’t receive. He thought that he was right and that was it. However, I order the exact same thing around 3-4 times a week in this store. I know I asked for it. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere or drive to a different city if I want Subway from now on. This store used to be great and has continually gone downhill. EDIT: they like to close early as well and then throw their hands up whenever you say something.

Can’t make your order correctly. I had a meatball sub with American cheese. Picked up at window. Got the sandwich home no cheese and sloppy done. Was told to put the sandwich in the refrigerator and bring it back tomorrow for my money. What a waste of gas and time! Slow service and sloppy done.

We ordered 2 footlongs for dinner on 7/28. Our order was scheduled to be ready by 7:20pm. We got there at 7:40 and the male worker informed us that our sandwiches were being finished up.

After we got home, washed our hands, and sat down to eat, I realized my sandwich wasn’t right. I called the restaurant and spoke with shift leader Haley. She advised that it was Subway’s policy to replace an out of stock item with another item, which is fine. However, It would have been nice to know that my item was OOS or that they were going to give me something else beforehand, instead of giving me something else and hoping I wouldn’t notice. Now I’m out of my money.
