Have had multiple issues with this location before, but this time was exceptionally bad.
Started with delivery not being available even though it was only 7pm.
Went to pick up instead and arrived to the sign not lit and half the lights off in the store.
Walked in and the one lady working did not say a word as I asked about a mobile order. She pointed to a bag by the door still not saying a word. I took the bag and left and got home to missing chips, sandwich not cut as selected, and the ingredients on the sandwich apparently thrown at the bread blindfolded.

The last three times we’ve been here the order has been wrong. All four sandwiches are wrong. Not rocket science. Lucky jersey mikes isn’t too far away. Best part, all the front lights were out even though it was 8 o’clock and it’s supposed to stay open until 9. I guess we should have taken the hint that they don’t want customers.

Order delivery thru the app. Didn’t receive my cookie or drink. When I called the store the young man didn’t know how to get into the system to see my order and placed me on hold to call his manager. He then told me that I had to contact door dash for a refund. I told him that I didn’t place my order thru door dash and jimmy johns is the one who charged my card. And that if we didn’t get this resolved I would leave them a bad review. He then hung up on me. So I got in my car and went to get the rest of my order myself. I was charged a delivery fee and gave a 25% tip. Never again will I order or eat Jimmy Johns. I have been a rewards member for 6 years. I have also filed a complaint with corporate.

ordered two hunters clubs (#10s) in giant size. woman taking the order was pleasant. got my sandwiches in a decent timeframe and the sandwiches were made well. great visit.

This is the #8 Billy Club, ham and roast beef. Except it’s not, because there’s no roast beef, again.

Update: they replaced my sandwich and were professional and apologized. That’s all I ask. They owned their mistake and they fixed it. We’ll be continuing to use this location.

I love Jimmy Johns, but this location has the WORST DELIVERY EVER. I have been waiting well over an hour for a sandwich and I am located just 2 blocks from the store. The drivers are always friendly and I am always happy with my food, but waiting over an hour for a cold sandwich and a bag of chips is just ridiculous. It seems like every time I place a delivery order the wait time gets longer and longer. If I was able to leave the office for lunch today I would have defiantly canceled my order. As it is, this will be my last order with this location.

Placed an order, waited an hour, called. Transcript of call, verbatim:

“Hi, I placed an order an hour ago and just wanted to see what was going on?”

“We only have one delivery driver so it should be on it’s way”

“Ok thank you I just didn’t want it to get lost!”

Waited another half an hour, realized it had been marked as delivered in the meantime, went to look for it, it wasn’t anywhere, called again to see what was going on. Transcript of second call:

“WE ONLY HAVE ONE DELIVERY DRIVER”

I get they’re probably stressed, but I called two times not 40. Honestly was so flabbergasted that I was like ok thanks bye.

Thought about it and at this point I was like well I don’t want tuna that’s been sitting at room temp in this driver’s car for two hours anyway, so I called again:

“Hi I’d like to cancel my order”
“Ok”
Silence.
“Do you need any details for this?”

Met with more silence. Was hoping maybe the call dropped or something. Tried calling a few more times and no one picked up.

Hopefully I get a refund magically, even though they were busy and didn’t know who called to cancel? They didn’t even take my name.

Employee was lowkey rude but I get it. Definitely a management problem with not scheduling delivery drivers/overworking available staff.

Anyway don’t order from this location lol
