It’s being 2 times and I try giving them a chance but the owner is rude I went in at 8:20 they closed at 9 he was the employee ask me what I would like the owner rude said no we closed I said you sign said open and it saids 9 is 8:22 he said we closed I just went and leave I drove a extra mile it was 8:46 the employees were nice and didn’t tock long hubby had tha happen before I will avoid this subway the owner doesn’t know how treat customers
This store is horrible. The customer service is the worst. Please learn how to speak English before you get a job. The person from India with a mask on kept asking me what meat I want on my sandwich. I clearly asked for the new Italian sandwich. I have no idea what meat goes on a fast food Italian sandwich at subway. This place is a joke
Get some employees that can at least understand BASIC HUMAN KNOWLEDGE. The foreign lady that put the condiments on the sandwiches is completely STUPID. You have to repeat yourself 2-3 times and she still does what she wants to do. Fire her expeditiously!

I have worked at subway before and this was the worse customer service I have ever seen, being a customer. Normally when I go to this location in person or on a mobile app they are very considerate and accurate with my food. Today I ordered 2 cookies I had to tell the employee about my other cookie because she only gave me 1. When I got home to check my food, because this was a mobile order, I recieved a sandwich with no meat. I went back to the restaurant and had to get my meal 10 mins later, and while the manager was making my sandwich I had to tell her that a subway melt came with bacon. She did apologize and advised me the employee who prepared my 1st sandwich was new, but that doesn’t excuse the waiting on 2 other people while getting my food after I arrived. I will never go to this location again, and hope that something changes with the customer service. You lost a loyal customer, but I hope you all gain experience.
The people were nice, the lady that did the condiments wouldnt hardly listen. Put about half the bottle of southwest on my sandwich, didn’t cut the foot long in half, and had to stop her from flicking a piece of bacon off of my sandwich into the trash.
