Worst Subway we have ever been to. The employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. The food looks old and rotten especially their Lettuce. Went in the other night for a sandwich and when the employee got to the topping I looked at the Lettuce and it was brown and rotten. I made comments on the condition of the Lettuce and asked if they had any other Lettuce. The emplyee said “No, that’s all we got” very rudely. Hard to believe all they have is rotten veggies. Staff is rude and vegetables are bad. Will never do business at this location again.

Been a while since I had visited this specific establishment. 1 because of the workers 2 because of the cleanliness and 3 the quality of the food. I went in today and was to my surprise the food was fresh, facility was cleaned and updated and the 2 young ladies were nice and professional about their job.

I ordered some avocado on my food and one of the women charged me $2. I questioned it and her coworker also questioned it. The coworker asked “when did avocado become $2?”. She replied with “the price changed”. That’s funny because it’s still $1 when I order from the app. And why do they keep closing early? I know one damn thing, I want my $1 back and that chick needs to be fired

I love this little subway when traveling thru Somerville. Everyone is always so friendly and they make the sandwiches better than you see on TV to me. I had a steak sammich but now they’ve changed their menu. I think you can still get it but in general the whole menu is revamped again. Sammiches are made bigger an more meat.. sadly the 5 dolla is now the 9 dolla Footlong ! But, to me it’s still worth it. You get good bang for your buck here. Cookies were veery good too. Sweet tea is good not green or taste funny .. yall know what I mean !? Was kind of busy but didn’t wait long. They was moving right along.. think even a new person was training that day too and he did really well ? Will be back for sure ! Will Highly Recommend for a quick good refreshing bite ! Thank Yall !

They were out of fresh vegetables because the truck didn’t deliver yesterday. The lettuce was turning brown and out of other vegetables. Sad. I believe I would have run to the store and bought veggies if I was the owner. Just saying.

Depending on what crew is working will make your experience different. Like night and day. While one crew keeps fresh vegetables and prep at all times and meets and greets you with a smile. The other crew will have low not so fresh vegetables and ingredients available. Also they can seem quite rude and come off like the last thing they want to do is to make you a sandwich.
The owner and management definitely need to focus on training and team building from the bottom up. I attempted to inquire about an awards card or awards program and I was told I could Google it.
The Atmosphere was a bit warm as the Air Conditioning was broke down and a bit cluttered because the new fresh juice machine and sweet tea drink locations are not properly or professionally placed.

Rudest customer service experience EVER to date at Subway!!! Would give this a -10 if possible. Guy who made sandwich had nasty disposition, acted like how dare we even ask him anything. Do not eat at this location- use another Subway

Before I order walking in the restaurant I notices almost all the trays needed refilling no one was in the restaurant but myself I’m trying to figure out what to get on my sandwich so I just got a little bit of this and a little bit of that they really need to keep the restaurant more cleaner container’s full at all times you are serving the public and when customers come in they want to come to a clean place to eat.
