This is the worst store! If you updated your hours to 9 or 9:30 as posted on the door, why is the location always closed at 8? The Chinese business next door gets more customers and has better service, and ALWAYS OPENED as right closing time!

You don’t even get a chance to taste the food before you can determine the service here is awful. Location doesn’t close till 9 PM, I ordered foot at 8:20 and picked it up at 8:45 exactly like my order recipe said. The worker had the audacity to already have the door locked when I showed up at 8:45 and when he handed me my food he told me I need to order and arrive earlier next time.

Used Coupon, buy 1 get 1 footlong free. Steak N Cheese. When I went to pick up my order, there is a sign that they do not take coupons. So, they made 2 Steak N Cheese Footlong using 1 serving of meet. This was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I like Subway but I will not come to this location anymore. I had bread only.

Stopped to pick up a sandwich today. The young man that was supposed to be waiting on me spent the entire time on the phone. I had to tell him over over what sandwich I wanted, what bread I wanted all the way down the line, all the time talking on the phone. At times I had to wait for him to stop talking so I could continue with the order. If this is the best staff you can get you would be better closing this location.

I just left this location and saw a roach crawling inside the glass around the hot meat area. I brought it to the young Indian lady’s attention that there is a roach and she continued to prepare an online order. After telling her I’m doing her a favor instead of just walking out. Sad to say, she continued to prepare the sandwich. Don’t eat there!!

They don’t answer the phone. Furthermore, they used to accept coupons and stopped for no reason. I get coupons in the mail all the time and this subway is right across the street however they refuse to accept them and when you ask when they will be accepting again they never have an answer.
