Came on Wednesday night about an hour before close. There was another couple in front of us and only one employee working that night. He was very friendly and very efficient at his job. Thank you so much to him for our delicious sandwiches! As far as the company goes, shame on y’all for having this gentleman there by himself at this time of night. I would think the safety of your employees would mean more than the few dollars Made. I definitely recommend a pay raise for the gentleman working that night.

If you’re gonna order from this subway maker sure you do it 1hr or more ahead of time. There’s been twice that I ordered 30 minutes before I was going to be there and the food wasn’t ready. Just a couple people in line and the person making the sandwich is SLOWWWWW. On top of being extremely slow employees seem like they don’t care and are extremely lazy. After I tried to get my order (which I did not get both times) I had to leave because I ran out of time from them being so slow. They won’t let you cancel an order either so I had to find someone twice to pick up the food. Overall I would just avoid subway in general especially this one.

We were traveling from KY to NC and stopped for something quick and not terrible for you for the road. We walked in and Orlando just stared at us with no greeting or can I help you so I asked him how he was doing and his reply was HUH. the customer service was terrible. The place was filthy. Nothing was stocked. My husband walked in on the female manager? on the toilet in the mens room -the door wasn’t shut or locked. My husband ordered a meatball finder that was ice cold. The bread on mine was stale beyond stale. I would have returned for a refund but we were already on the interstate. Needless to say, the food was thrown out and we made another stop for dinner. This Subway was disgusting, the owner should be ashamed and absolutely needs new employees because these ones will drive business away. If possible I would give this place negative stars.

Always order on the app. Our Sandwiches are ready and fresh when I pick them up. The last year this Subway has gotten so much better. The bread is always fresh and Sandwiches have plenty of meat and veggies! The restaurant is very clean.

Wed. , 9/13/23. 5:45 pm. Just got three 12 “ subs. One girl two guys. Worked as a team like no other! They were polite friendly and very fast! My subs were great. I sure hope they are paid well for their hard work. I will definitely go back because of the great service.

I’d go lower than 1 whole star but it won’t let me. I don’t even know where too start. This visit by far was the worst visit to any subway I’ve ever had. All three employees were as unfriendly as can be. None of them wanted too be there. They were out of meats that they had to restock for my sandwich. Out of sliders for my sandwiches. She brought a handful of chicken from the back IN HER HAND for another sandwich. They were not well stocked on their line. Absolutely no cookies. No lids for the small drinks. Absolutely not one clean table. No paper towels in the restroom. Had too ask for napkins. No ones in the register for change. And all the trashcans were full. I was one of 3 people in the building eating. Never coming too this location again. It needs to be seriously evaluated by management or new management. Pathetic

Who ever was working the closing shift on 06/27/24 must have been having a bad day. When he was helping another customer he was having technical difficulties with his cash register. His solution was to bang it has hard as he could with his fist and scream at it. Made my wife and I extremely uncomfortable, we left immediately.
