Horrible. Ordered orange chicken and a beef dish. The chicken was overcooked and although it was covered in sauce it was dry. The beef was tough and inedible. The fried rice was ok, and the crab Rangoon’s were the only redeeming factor. I asked for a refund from Uber Eats and they denied it. Unfortunately I won’t order from here again.

I love the smoothies here, they are not sweet and taste great. The staff is really friendly. The food is also good, the only complain I have is that they barely put chicken on my order. I order a large chicken, and they put more vegetables than chicken.

The food was good, we enjoyed the entree. The potstickers are junk frozen food, so were the egg rolls, highly disappointed and a deal breaker on a return visit. The pot sticker juice was lacking in taste and quantity. They forgot one of the entrees when picking up, I checked before leaving because years before on my only other visit they forgot an egg roll. And the forgotten entrée wasnt filled in the container like the others. Also, if I’m ordering over $60+ for food and you have promotions for free items depending on amount spent, this should be reflected on the website for ordering, its not an honest buisness practice IMO, upon checkout it should be presented automatically, I looked before hand and found nothing on the site before ordering, only when I had a physical menu did I see the coupons. There are much better places in the area that always get the order right, with fresh handmade appetizers and food just as good if not better.

Disappointed at our first time ordering. Wanted to try a different place but the order was screwed up. Ordered brown rice and got white, ordered 7 egg rolls and got 5. Food was just OK egg rolls were chewy not crispy the rest of the food was OK at best.

Well…I went to Chen’s because I happened to see it the one day when i was doing business in the Plaza across the street…I am a funny person about Chinese takeaway…before i can actually order off the full menu…I must first try out their egg rolls…if they pass my test…then my next visit is to start trying different items on the menu…
The egg rolls were nice and crispy …and the filling was kind of shredded so it blended really nice together….very tasty…
The atmosphere was very cute…some nice plants and statues…and the woman who was waiting on us…was very friendly…and she was also involved in the making up of orders being filled…anyways…it was a very nice experience…very clean…and even had a teeny seatng counter too ….and I took a menu home to checkout for r next visit there…the menu looks spectacular….and we cannot wait to go back and give it a try…hope all of u also have a great experience there too….much luv…k

This happened on Saturday Novermber 22, 2025. This Service is Theft, Scam, Fraud, and Their attitude is Prejudice…. Order 4 XL orders, one of Chicken and Veggies one of fried rice with seafood mix, fried rice with Chicken and pineapple, Orage chicken came Out to BE $100 and then rhe the delivery Driver had a he nerve to ask for a tip!!! Which i gave($5) and still gave me an Dislike face expression. And not to mention other Low Service Employees…

I wanted to try a different Chinese spot, and came here. I ordered a small shrimp fried rice and beef fried rice (and yes they are small). The shrimp were a nice size, however both were bland and lacked flavor. Usually soy sauce is an added touch, but I had to use more than usual. I will return to give the classic rolls a try. When we lived in the area we used to frequent this place a lot. We recently went back after a few years but idk what happened. Everything had a burnt flavor. It’s a brown sauce they use that seems to make everything taste same. The fried rice the egg rolls my spouse’s dinner all of it had a sort of “burnt” flavor. It was sad to experience that. They used to have such fresh flavorful food now it taste like they reuse the grease over and over and slosh whatever that funky brown gravy is on everything. Like a greasy rancid oil based gravy. Too bad.

Second time trying this restaurant and the food was just okay, I’ve had much better. I ordered szechuan beef dinner and the portion size is at best a lunch portion. I was also disappointed with the lack of beef, they load up on the vegetables. The location is convenient but I don’t think that I will eat there again.
