This was the first visit that I can easily give 5 stars at this location. I visited on 9/7/25 at about 7pm. The girl with dark hair and tattoos (I think the new regional?) was so nice, personable, and made my sandwich perfectly! I’m pregnant and that meant the world to me tonight- ha! Keep her around!!!

No spinach wraps or even regular wraps available I don’t need big hunks of bread so the flatbread option didn’t work for me either but I got it because I was starving and on the road.

This Subway location is the best I have experienced. Hands down the best Subway sandwich. Location was spotless, well organized, and professionally managed. Patience, care, and attention to my order was excellent. The Sandwich Artist was engaging, friendly, and clearly likes being there giving the customer a memorable experience.

Not zero stars for it being clean and the meat and produce and whatnot all looked good. But I asked for a veggie patty, which apparently they haven’t carried in a while. Oops! No big deal, I’ll get a roast beef. But I didn’t appreciate being made to feel like an idiot for not knowing that. We don’t usually eat Subway (for health reasons, not dislike or anything), and when we do the patty is not my usual choice (probably why they don’t carry it anymore, haha). But the girl working tonight made sure to point out how clueless I was. Fine. She probably didn’t mean anything by it, sometimes people make mistakes. But had there been another customer in the place, I would’ve walked out. But we need dinner, so I move forward…and watch her put so much mayonnaise on my sandwich I wanted to gag. Again, fine, I can scrape it off when I get home and replace the lost mustard with my own mustard. Glad I’m paying for this experience. She rings me up. I leave. I get to our gig (hence being in a bind to eat Subway and unable to go back :/ ). I go to remake my sandwich and find ONE slice of roast beef. Seriously?!?!
Edit: when I called and asked about it, she told me that’s what comes on a six in sandwich. I do believe she genuinely thinks that. I suspect someone trained her very wrong or has taught employees to skimp on product. At any rate, one slice of meat on a sandwich is far below industry standard, even if you’re trying to stretch dollars.

They don’t just screw up one or two things on your sandwich here, they screw up EVERYTHING!
I asked for tomatoes and I see ZERO tomatoes.
I did NOT ask for green peppers and I see plenty of them.
I asked for black olives and I see like 3 of them.
I asked for lettuce, it’s like finding Waldo to see it.
I asked for extra Parmesan, and I see absolutely ZERO Parmesan. No salt, vinegar, or oregano either.
The few toppings they got right were VERY skimpy! I suppose I should be glad they at least got the bread and the chipotle sauce right!
I will not return to this location, and I would not recommend this location to anyone else unless you have time to waste.

This is a good store in the way that the employees are very dedicated. Every person I’ve had serve me here has been nothing but courteous and kind. However, it’s obvious they’re being overworked with shifts being under-staffed. The employees are keeping such a positive attitude and always being helpful while they’re having to serve these long lines of customers, in a process that needs two people minimum to be time effective. Please schedule more workers so they can use their energy to keep being so helpful and kind

Does not have a drive thru like the other location down the road. Visited 11/3/17 10:25pm and they closed the doors behind me 30 min early because “they were out of almost everything.” Not the first time this location has closed early because of supply problems
