I absolutely love this place for their cinnamon sugar bagels and I’ve been getting them forever but today I got two delivered and neither of them are right. They barely have any cinnamon sugar on them, they’re yellow and have no hole and frankly I’m really disappointed. I put an image below but I’m just really irritated because I love this place but not today.

I really had a great experience here i have been to multiple locations around the world but something about the experience I had with shelbee she is amazing customer service is excellent went above and beyond to make sure my order was handled properly even made my kids day I recommend if your are having a bad day and need a great bagel with your coffee visit this location 10 out of 10 clean staff was amazing I am truly impressed and I wanna thank Ms shelbee for such a wonderful experience! I will be back !

The service was nice, I was greeted when I walked in the door. The lady that took my order was helpful.
I ordered the seasonal brisket egg and cheese. I was disappointed with it, the brisket was flavorless and not much was on the sandwich. I requested it be on an everything bagel, which is seasoned on top and bottom. This caused it to be so salty. Also there was a plethora of cream cheese, which some people may like but I thought it was overkill.

Ordered a skinny bagel sandwich and it was terrible. Bacon was basically raw and full of fat, bagel wasn’t “skinnied” I had to do it myself… all together it was inedible and expensive. The staff are moving so fast that the quality is unacceptable. And it wasn’t even busy. Slow down, and deliver what is ordered.

Stopped n for a breakfast and coffee. Was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Quick and efficient. I placed my order and had it in under five minutes.
I had the pastrami, cheese and egg on a pumpernickel bagel. VERY GOOD. The toasted bagel was crisp and chewy at the same time. The pastrami was lean, warm and thinly sliced. The egg was good, but not what I would class as freshly made.
The menu looked extensive, but I pretty much made up my mind on what to eat by looking online first.
The coffee was amazing. I had the French Roast. Very strong and very bold. They way I like it. And free refills.
The place was clean, and plenty of seat (but it was just after 6:30am).
If I was in the area again, I would return.

Ordered a vegetarian bagel sandwich and a smoked salmon sandwich for lunch. Paid on line for pick up. bag was ready and on the shelf… grabbed it and got back to work. And guess what … I got two huge bacon sausage egg sandwiches instead of what I ordered!! Went back and the staff was barely apologetic… made the sandwiches badly with poor quality veggies and made no effort to make us want to ever come back here!! Just bad bad quality food and service!! Photos to prove this nonsense… who needs this on a busy day!!

The woman with dyed red hair and piercings was super inviting and friendly. The customer service was amazing and she really went above and beyond. She definitely deserves a raise because there’s no way she’s getting paid enough to be so fabulous. The food was also pretty good!
