Chose to try the BoGo deal for dinner.
I sent my boyfriend inside to grab this online order. Asked for MORE VEGGIES and this is what our subs look like…. Barely ANYTHING on it at all. When you order a subway sandwich, it should be a STRUGGLE to CLOSE the sandwich and barely able to fit it in your mouth lmao. On top of that, our orders aren’t fully correct. 🙁
This is probably one of the worst sandwiches I’ve been sold.

When I arrived the parking lot and area around the store was a little unkept, however the inside was very clean.

The food seemed fresh and tasted great.

The service was great, Skylar made the sub perfectly, quickly, and was very nice. She listened to what I wanted, and I never had to repeat myself like I often do at Subway. I have no complaints on the quality or service.

Subway needs to treat their employees better. I came in to pick up my sandwiches and understandingly the only employee working was swamped. They were very polite though and made my sandwich before quitting that terrible job. How do you expect 1 person to run the whole store all day long and not be stressed. Get real subway and take care of those who take care of you.

I hate leaving poor reviews, but after our 3rd terrible experience I feel it’s necessary. I’m not sure if this is an issue with online orders or staff just not paying attention but our orders have gone from bad to worse.

First time there were some toppings that were missing or incorrect on both subs but we chalked it up to them being busy- things happen sometimes.

Second time the toppings were switched/on the wrong subs. They also forgot a bag of chips AND the second bag was the wrong kind of chips- we ordered SunChips and they gave us Doritos.

Last night we ordered 3 subs and NONE of them were remotely close to what we’d ordered. We ordered a rotisserie chicken, a club w/pepperoni (double meat), and a beast…. but we were given 2 rotisserie chickens and a regular club. The bread and cheese choices were wrong on all of them. They put the same random ingredients on all 3 subs, none of which were correct. Almost $35 spent and not a single item was correct.

I emailed corporate after the 2nd visit and received a general “oops sorry, we’ll do better next time” reply. Unfortunately it seems like this location, as a whole, needs their staff to be retrained or management should get involved in some way, because I know we aren’t the only customers experiencing major issues with our orders. And the lack of attention from management/corporate is a bit concerning. This is probably the only non-fast food option in the area and we’d hate to see it close, but it probably won’t stay open much longer if they can’t do their job and get the orders correct.

The vibe is terrible… if you order ahead of time, you can’t just run in and pick it up like you can at every other subway. They lock the doors a few hours before they close. So instead of a quick pick up, I have to wait in the drive-thru, what’s the point of ordering online. No express lane. Not to mention the back door is open and while there’s a long line, there are ‘artists’ taking breaks. Gross. Lack of leadership here.

Also the machine that says “push here” (photo attached) Check out how far away that button is. How are you supposed to push that? What a joke.

You can tell this location is independently owned and not corporate. Will avoid this location.

Now that they have promotions online. I order that way. It’s faster and cheaper. Of course, you have to sign up online first. I, however, found a yellow pepper stem in my sub this time around. Not good on the teeth.
