My husband and I went to this location yesterday and they weren’t to busy had a customer in line then us. So soon as we walked in we were greeted with “are you here for an online pick up?” Which we were not so we replied accordingly. We waited patiently for our turn. We told her the breads and so on so forth. My husband wanted his bacon cooked and he likes it double toasted. Well about that time the oven over heated on the workers so the larger girl told the girl taking care of us to just put it in as the oven is still warm. So she went to put the entire sandwich in but we caught it and asked that just the bacon be cooked. No problem well it didn’t cook the bacon and the larger girl had a rude attitude about it. Slammed the bacon back in slung the pan they use to put it on and out of it with. Meanwhile the smaller girl was asking me what veggies I wanted, but when she slammed that it was so loud, I immediately even stopped what I was doing. Well, when the bacon come out, it’s still was nowhere near done, but instead Of being like sorry the oven you know isn’t working or anything. She Began to argue with my husband That the bacon was warm I just put it in and said can you put it separate? I’ll finish cooking it at home. She went and grabbed a cookie bag which is fine and put it in there and then slung it to where it almost went in the trash hole on the cutting board. I could understand if they were having a busy day or even a bad day, but a poor attitude to people is no excuse. I have worked in customer service all my life But the bigger girls Attitude was just terrible. It was unwelcoming. We didn’t even wanna be there anymore. Not to mention the lettuce was brown, but I let that go. I didn’t say nothing else cause I just wanted to get our food and get out of there. We didn’t make a fuss over anything and We weren’t being rude, loud disrespectful. Nothing for that girl to have the attitude she had with us. We get to the checkout we were feeling rushed when the bigger girl checked us out She was rude Then too. We just wanted to leave at that point so we paid as quick as we as we can and we left. I have never wrote a review much less a bad review for a place but the way we were treated the way we felt was uncalled for. I took a picture of the bacon. I will post it. The food was good. We took the bacon home. We finished cooking it we ate dinner. It was delicious. I have no real complaint on the food other than that lettuce was brown, but mainly the customer service that we experienced. I doubt we will go back there to that Subway.

Ordered online. Waited the time. Went in and they said they never got an order. Then they “found” my order. I was understanding. Had 3 sandwiches. All 3 was made so wrong. Then I found hair baked into the top of mine We took them back for a refund but they said they couldn’t give a refund due to no manager being there. So the refund is pending

NORMALLY I have 0 issues with this subway, I almost always place an online order and pick it up.
I placed an online order today at 1:14, set to be ready at 1:35. I get a 30 minute lunch break and I cannot eat outside of that break 9 times out of ten. I clock out and get there at 1:40 and wait in line and tell them my name and I had an order. They claim they don’t have an order and they start talking about something else amongst themselves and I’m like “okay I’m going to go get my phone” and they say something else to me as soon as I step out of the door so I just keep going to get my phone to pull up the receipt. I come back in and they found it and they have the newest girl making it and she’s acting like she doesn’t want to and is asking me what’s on it instead of reading the receipt, which is okay but at this point I’m rushing for time. She goes to fully toast it which was like 45 seconds and I asked her if she could just warm it for less time and she goes “I’m just going by what’s on this thingy” (thingy = receipt) and then an older coworker steps in and fixes the timer. She finally gets the sandwich done and wraps it so I grab it and leave. I get back with literally 8 minutes left in my break and when I got to pull the sandwich out of the bag HALF of the sandwich falls out completely because she didn’t wrap it up… I get that it’s just a subway and that she’s young but good grief! I think her name was Elizabeth. IF YOU PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER AT THE SUBWAY IN TAZEWELL CALL THEM AFTER YOU DO TO MAKE SURE THEY’RE MAKING IT, ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE IN A HURRY!

The store was very clean. That was the first thing we noticed as soon as we walked in. Including the bathrooms! lol Food was fresh and good! We’re from Knoxville and will definitely be stopping again when we come back through.

2 foot long subs $28 plus change!! No double meet nothing Special,No cookie no potato chips nothing to drink. They didn’t even give me napkins…… I enjoyed subways subs but not that much, never again…
