This was worst experience ever and they gave me old burnt up food and knew it wasn’t fit for a dog. The lady acted lady she didn’t want to serve people who had different skin tone to begin with. I will never ever stop there again. I advise nobody else should either because after one bite and breaking a piece for someone to try we both looked at each other & spitting it out.

Generally only deal with kiosk but I did notice 1 thing its an electronic why is there not more than 2 languages with said kiosk this location is on a busy tourist route thousands if not hundreds of thousands stop at this service plaza everyday just an option I thought about. Food has been good. Interactions with the people been great.

The lady that is working on Monday 5/26 at 8:30am is super rude! Asked if I got my orange juice yet and I told her no, she gave me a cup for pop and just turned around and left. I asked her I’m suppose to have orange juice too. She said rudely “that why I asked you if you got it yet!” I said no, she said “YOU NEED GO GET IT YOURSELF!” I told her that I didn’t know we are suppose to grab it. She’s said GET IT YOURSELF! I told her she’s being rude. She claims she can’t hear back there. I told her it doesn’t mean you talk that way to me. She said thanks bye! She needs a new job. She don’t like what she’s doing please leave don’t ruin others morning just because your having a bad day. So unprofessional.

Stopped in on the highway to a family event. The cashier was great! Friendly, smiling, and knowledgeable. The food came out fast enough and you can see from the pictures what we got! The impossible burger had so much mayonnaise on it that it dripped down our arms, wilted Lettuce, and one tiny slice of tomato. The chicken sandwich was only slightly better – probably because of lower expectations!

Just stopped for a cup of coffee. This was at a service area on the turnpike. People were typically vacant eyed zombies, who couldn’t care less. Coffee was OK.

0545. Jesus. I guess customer service is no longer a thing. Stare at me from the back as I seen the kiosk but I stand in front of the register for a reason, but then the guy promptly walks by and says I have to use the kiosk without asking if I needed anything. Good thing Starbucks opens soon!!

A hard-working staff feeding ravenous road ramblers with good cheer. We stopped on a Sunday when they were running out of ingredients, but they suggested suitable alternatives. Facility was clean, plenty of seating.
