Ordered delivery last night 1/09/26 order # 1146D7A4-07. 47.93 paid. Never received. Can’t get thru to ask what happened. Said same was delivered. Called Walmart line and was told they have nothing to do with Subway in their store. Seems all the receipts from the register have Walmart on same. Seems simple who picked up that order to deliver and let’s charge their ass for theft. Said same delivered on Subway app.

Today 10/09/2025 the girl that was working was doing a great job for all the orders that was coming in. She handled business. Sad though cause there should be atleast 2 people working as much business that they get.. but girl you keep up the great work!!

Had to wait an hour for my sandwich, which wasn’t even what I ordered, paid extra for things I didn’t even get, and get home to discover I wouldn’t even feed this garbage to my dogs. Ordered Mayo, got none, ordered flat bread, got plain white, the order was cold and looked like it hadn’t even been toasted. Do not recommend here at all. I wasn’t the only one who was waiting for an hour for my food either.

They need better staff. We order lunch here once a week and it’s always incorrect. It’s like they don’t even look at what options we choose. We will moving our orders to the Subway at the old Wendy’s building. The lady working at this location is always frustrated, in a hurry, or we have to wait for her to show up…

We have started utilizing this subway since the other rogersville location can not only get a single order correct, but has the audacity to threaten customers who call to ask for it to be made correctly!
This location gas routinely made our order correctly ever since.
Tonight however, we discovered after getting gome that one sandwich was made very wrong. Mistakes happen! No biggie right? But, it would have helped a great deal if instead of ignoring a ringing phone for 15 consecutive minutes, the workers could answer so that the sandwich could’ve been made when I came back & I might have been able to avoid waating another 15 min waiting for it to be made again.

We decided to stop by for a quick bite and they had a new hire, which nothing against her at all, I blame management. The girl who was there with her I’m assuming was the manager would not help this seemingly new girl at all, even when she was asking for help and the “manager” just walked by her and seemed to ignore her completely, and you could tell she was stressed and having a really hard time. She completely messed up both of our orders, still understandable with her being new, but the management needs some serious improvement. As the new girl finished up our orders I looked the the other girl there who started on someone else’s order and watched her scratch her head with the knife they use to cut the bread open and then didn’t bother to change it or even clean it. I don’t recommend going here unless some changes are made with the management or something.

Went to subway today and ordered on app arrived before food was ready which was fine just sat and waited the girl making the subs was very rude especially to her fellow co-worker. She was rude to the point other people would stare blowing and rolling her eyes and just saying mean stuff. The subs she made us were only half warm the cheese not even melted and the steak on mine was cold. The boy who was with her seemed very nice really wish he’d been the one to make my subs. He is the only reason it’s not a one start review. He deserves a raise and she deserves punishment I realize people have a bad day but she was slamming stuff and not even doing her job. Overall her personality and actions make me not want to return. She has been rude every time we come.

It really depends on what time and day you come. I normally never have trouble unless the person is really knew and it’s super busy. About 80% of the time I have great service and good food. I wish there was a drive through at this one though. It might cut down on traffic inside and out.
