Walked in and asked Ms. Libby to make me her go to sandwich. I put 100% trust in her hands and was completely blind during the whole process. What she gave me was nothing short of an absolute masterpiece. I highly recommend that you not only go see Ms. Libby for a great conversation, but also to ask her for the “Libby sandwich!” It is sweet, spicy, tangy, and flat put delicious!

Surprisingly, the best Subway I’ve had in years. It was very clean and nice and quiet, but there wasn’t any customers. So I kind of got concerned about maybe there food might not be so fresh. Well I was 100% completely wrong. Next thing I know they had five women after working on just my three sandwiches. If they saying a piece that didn’t satisfy them it was picked off was gloves and may the sandwich better. And I probably wouldn’t have done that myself cuz the pieces I seen picked off my still good my opinion but obviously they seen something I didn’t so thank you.
I believe my family and I I found a new Subway at Buffalo Trail. The one that is that behind the old liquor store next to the old Buffalo Trail supermarket.

Apparently I just ordered a bread sandwich! Wishing I had ordered double meat! One slice of meat thick, in my opinion, is not adequate! The lettuce and other veggies I usually get looks like it’s at least 2 days old. At least the bread was decent.

This is the second time I’ve been to this Subway and received a subpar sandwich. I’m not ready to give up on Subway yet, but will definitely not be visiting this location again.

It’s better to just drive on past and go to the next one. Or stop at one of the many Mexican restaurants nearby. I usually stop at the Subway at Davy Crockett Walmart. Since it’s a high-volume store, they’re usually out of stuff when I go there, and they always tell me we get another truck on Thursday. This store didn’t tell me anything about when the truck comes they were just basically out of everything, including the main ingredients to make most of their sandwiches. The cooler was empty, the fountain drinks were empty (I wound up just getting cold water but paying for a fountain drink) and they only had a few bags of chips and cookies left on the shelf. The poor kid working in there had to tell people that they were out of stuff before he even started making the sandwiches.

Food was messy, lady behind the counter at at 8:15pm on 6/24 is the rudest employee I have ever witnessed in my 34 years on earth. I put an order in online, sat in my car for 10 minutes, then went in. She had no one else there, and said, what do you want? I told her I put an order in online about 10 mins ago. Then she lost it and started yelling and cursing me. Said it takes 30 mins for her to do online orders. I told her sorry, I did not know things changed, as I have done this for many years since I have lived in Morristown. She then proceeds to tell me that they have new owners and that I need to get F’n use to it.

I really hope the new owners do something about this lady, I will never go back here and will tell all my friends and family to avoid as well.

This Subway does not even deserve 1 star. DO NOT GO HERE! Staff was extremely rude to my family and I. They don’t care about doing their job or treating others with any respect. The older woman behind the counter who worked on 6/28/24 doing the evening shift needs to be fired.

came around 6:40pm and there was one worker and only one person in line in front of us, not a problem. the problem arises when the worker and one customer talked and talked. the worker wasn’t even making the food but was just casually having a conversation. we stood there for 10 minutes and they hadn’t even put the topping on the sandwich yet. we left and will never be returning.

Subway is usually very consistent. I had arrived about an hour after one employee just walked off the job. I don’t hold my poor rating against the guy who was trying to keep the sinking ship afloat. He was swamped with online orders. And there were several walk in orders that just made it impossible to restock and give good Subway service. They were out of a lot of things because he didn’t have the opportunity to restock.

This is my third time ordering from this subway. First time was ok but I ordered 3 cookies only got two. Second time about 30 minutes after placing order got text that ordering was being canceled because they didn’t have ingredients to complete order. Third time was just wrong. Wrap bread and cookies were stale. Sent wrong chips I ordered 2 bags got one.
I usually don’t write reviews
Because it doesn’t change anything. We have several Subway restaurants near me I will just try another location.
