I just want to say, the young gentleman that was working on 02/07/2026 around 6:45-7:00 PM. delivered the most amazing service I have received in quite awhile from a restaurant. He was very polite, efficient, and performed his job well. He made 2 footlongs in about 5 minutes and they were perfect. More restaurants need more young people like this. He took great pride in his job and cared about the customer. I wish I had took the time to get his name but I was so astonished with the service I did not think to. This young man deserves a raise and a promotion.

The bread was stale (see picture, not toasted), the tuna had dark brown areas, there were 4 small pieces of tomato and that is what I got. The guy making the sandwich asked if I needed a receipt and then walked in the back before my card even cleared.

It is inedible. I won’t ever go back to this location again. Maybe they should have more than one person working at a time. You don’t save money, you just can’t calculate the amount of money you lose in the long run because of poor service and poor quality food.

2nd bad experience. 1st time they charged me double for chips. This time both workers very rude and had “careless ” attitude. 1pm had no black olives or sweet tea. I was told corporate would not allow them to brew tea anymore and the olives were recalled. The entire cold drink cooler was empty. Sandwich maker literally threw items on my sub with only 2 tomatoes. I asked for more and he reluctantly threw 2 more on. Then proceeded to use his hands to squish my sub into the wrapper. When I asked for sweet iced tea I was told they are not allowed to make it anymore. No apology, no customer service. I walked out and left the sub. Never be back! Don’t know how they stay in business.

We started ordering our sandwiches. Got down to the end. They had no lettuce, no olives, half of the things you put on your sandwich. They did not have. They said they were out of these items do to ordering error, and it’s kinda too late at that point. So we just had a plain bread and meat sandwich very disappointed. And then both bathrooms, the toilets were backed up and out of service.

We got a full size American club to go. When we got home to have our sub, we were extremely disappointed!!!! There was literally 1 slice of roast beef and 1 slice of ham and a little bit of bacon, tomato,
Mayonnaise and the role. We have been to other subways and never had such a disappointing Sandwich. Subway in Morristown in front of the Lowe’s. This one should be avoided at all costs.

Out of the 7 Subway locations located in Morristown, TN, this location is by far the worst and it’s not even close. Stale bread, barely warm to cold “hot” subs(even after toasting) and the most dismissive and rude employees you’ll ever have the displeasure of encountering. On my most recent visit, the meat on my toasted sub was still cold, so I asked the “employee” if I could have it warmed up. You’d think I’d asked her to give up her first born child! After sighing, rolling her eyes and shaking her head, she reluctantly placed my sandwich in the microwave and proceeded to nuke the crap out of it, which resulted in making it virtually inedible. This location has a plethora of negative reviews and they are indeed well earned. Avoid this location at all cost if you prefer quality food and good customer service.

Called to make a complaint and talk to the manager and got hung up on! Told me i was not a loud to know his name over the phone and that if i wanted to know his name i had to come back into the store to talk to him and then he hung up on me! Called back asked for a number to file a complaint and spoke to some female who refused to get me a number to contact corporate or the male manager name and she hung up on me as well. Went into the location, to speak to the manager like he requested and manager refused and told me to leave and still did not give name or corporate number .which is all recorded

Appalling customer service, and clearly no training on what “cross contamination” means when you mention you’ve got a severe allergy. Using the same marinara and parm sauce covered gloves on all three subs despite our stated allergy issues with said sauce.

Also verified a coupon before we finished our orders and were told it’s fine. Only after, during paying, we we suddenly told a sandwich they made wasn’t valid for it. Paying almost $20 more than we were supposed to.

Absolutely abysmal. Was also told directly I couldn’t be provided the basic allergen information for their base products.
