What a disappointment the staff was goofing off and the food was burnt. The grilled cheese had no cheese left in the bread. They replaced it but it wasn’t much better. By the time I got my sandwich my husband was done eating and my soup was cold.

First experience ever with Panera Bread. Many times I’ve walked past them in malls and on street corners all across the country, and they always smelled repulsive to me. Today, I didn’t catch any bad smells so I decided to give it a whirl. Bbq chicken mac n cheese is incredible! The menu is a lot more diverse than I had speculated in years past, and definitely something on there for any finicky taste. After this fine meal I made myself a promise to never eat at Denny’s again! Unbelievable food, with exceptional servers, and at a price that doesn’t leave your wallet trying to catch its breath. One more foot forward, right here in the greatest state ever, OhiO!

Shame on P.B. production and customer service. I was complaining about propitious of vegies in my sandwich to the manager. He surprised me with his answer “You will never have the same stuff as on the picture even Bigmac looks different at the McDonald’s! “. I am as professional Cook know how is everything is working and I know that at least the proportion has to be observ.No action was taken by the manager to solve the problem.
In the end, I heard jokes on my side about my displeasure.

This place is amazing it’s great the food is awesome and if you’re looking for something nice clean and healthy to eat this is a place to go you can also have some great soups and amazing pastas with good prices I ordered a Caesar salad it came with bread diet coke amazing

Good service and good food EXCEPT FOR the $10 bacon and tomato grilled cheese with 2 piddly and pathetic slices of cheese and pieces of tomato and bacon. Barely a sandwich for $10!! Crazy! I couldn’t live with myself if i paid $10 for that pathetic sandwich

For the overpriced items the service is simply terrible, no information about the items sold and especially bread the nutrient facts are not being given. Also paying 4$ for a bread and recieving it in a sole plastic bad no paper bad is shameful!!

The broccoli cheddar soup and the bacon turkey bravo sandwich was pretty good. The baguette was especially bad. I’ve never had a bad one in my many visits to Panera. The staff exchanged the bread for chips without any complaint, so more power to them…but the quality of the food at this busy toll restaurant is definitely lesser than normal Paneras.

This location is on the Ohio Turnpike (Great Lakes). The staff is were friendly and personable. I had the egg white and avocado sandwich. It was very good but it is a Panama so it’s a bit pricey but worth it! Need a break while traveling the turnpike, this PanRa will not disappoint!

Fairly decent Panera Bread location, considering it’s in toll road service plaza. They were quick to take our order. Not much of an expert on their normal menu offerings. Seemed a little limited, we both ordered the duo with tomato soup and grilled cheese. A little disappointed, that it was lightly toasted cheese sandwich instead. The tomato soup was great, very hardy and lots of bread to dip in it. I would visit again, but probably wouldn’t be my first choice.

Prices are very high. $5.50 for half a sandwich the prep cook lost a large part of the filling at the counter and while taking it from the toaster oven. Mac and cheese tasty but again overpriced for the portion size. The squash soup was the only part of the meal I would order again. Again only a tiny cup for more than $5 but it tasted like a chef had prepared it. Bread chunks are good French bread but shouldn’t be the highlight of the meal.
