I work at the hospital and go to this location pretty frequently. It’s always quick and very convenient. The lady that works here is as nice as she could be. Very sweet and does a good job. It’s Subway so I don’t need to talk about the food. You either like it or you dont. My go to here is always a meatball sub. It’s fresh, tasty and easily made. They have a pretty good red sauce. I also like a couple of oatmeal cookies instead of the chips in the combo. This location is very clean and always fast. If you just want to grab a quick sandwich this is the spot.

The sandwich was great. Fresh veggies and they all looked great. The two guys who helped were kind and worked the line well. The store was clean and friendly people. I will come back again. It’s conveniently located below block Memorial Hospital off of 321 (E. Lamar Alexander Parkway)

We were hangry after our day at some of the sights so we found this little corner subway best wraps and meatball subs in east Tennessee. Service unmatched by any other subway I’ve ever been to. Very clean store. Great customer service!

I have never been to this location til yesterday evening. I had to pick up a doordash order for a customer and as I walked in and told the employee what I was there for, she rudely turned her back on me, didn’t respond and just acted as if I wasn’t there. I waited for the order and a gentleman came in and she immediately greeted him all polite and what not. I’m unsure what her problem was with me but I can say I will never personally eat at this location if that employee is going to be the one working! Just very unlady like and very unprofessional. The woman was brunette and older looking and just has bad attitude written all over her face. Do better.

Tonight must have been a rough one for the staff there. I’m an understanding person and I understand how it can feel to be overwhelmed and under staffed. That’s why I only took one star away. There were only 2 employees working at 6:30pm. One of them was new and still training. The other was so overwhelmed with online orders that they expressed their frustration to me at length while I patiently waited. I didn’t mind to wait, because I didn’t have anything going on. But 5 customers came in after me while I waited. Not all at once. Several minutes in-between each of them coming in. 3 of those 5 left frustrated before the employee could even start on my order. The new guy finally jumped behind the counter and took my order. He fumbled around and needed constant instructions from the other employee who was still working on the online orders. This caused another customer to huff and leave. Personally I wasn’t upset about the wait and I understood why they were flustered. But I couldn’t help but feel embarrassed for them because of the unprofessional way they handled the tough situation they were dealing with. They complained the whole time, told everyone “If you made an online order you will have to wait. If you didn’t you will have to wait longer.” Never once apologizing for the delay. And openly acting relieved each time a customer left without ordering. But all in all my sandwich turned out fine.

Our meal for my family cost me $30 and it was awful. My kids sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub was cold straight from the fridge. The cheese was not melted bc there was no heat to the meat at all. They spread out 6 inch worth of food over a foot long.
My meatball sub was gross.
It was cold and not made with any care.
I tried to call the restaurant 3 time with no answer.
