Clean and fresh environment. Jessica and Brittany worked so well as a team. The veggies were all fresh, bread was warm and sandwich was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely eat here again. Thanks Subway- Eat Fresh!

Terrible. Ordered online. First mistake. Took 40 mins. Also chicken was not warmed. Ice cold. They messed everything up on all 4 footlongs. Threw them away. Gross. Also they were like frozen cold. Messy too!

Jessica I believe is a new employee here, Everytime she is working I’m excited because I know not only will the sandwiches be perfectly made she super friendly, happy and fast! She’s a fantastic fit for this job. She should be a part owner/franchise. I was dismayed to find out miss Britaney no longer worked here. She always had a cheerful smile and took customer service to the next level. Several times I’d gone in when there were no other customers and I caught Britaney deep cleaning various areas behind the counter in the food prep area.
Always apologetic as she washed her hands and quickly attended us, she was a pleasure to an otherwise hectic day.

Entire order is wrong. Didn’t have pizza crusts and instead put the chicken from our sweet onion teriyaki chicken sub and put it and the pepperoni on a piece of regular bread with zero cheese despite asking for extra. Sweet onion teriyaki “chicken” sub had one singular piece of bacon on it and all the subs were drenched in sauce. Absolutely worst service I’ve ever experienced. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I love subway but this one is absolutely hands down the worst !! We’ve had issues with this particular subway before but living only 1/2 mile away its a convenient location…..until last night !! Tried to call in my order and was rudely told they do not take call in orders. OK fair enough. I was going to go to alcoa hwy but my wife had been to this subway earlier that day and said a very pleasant and fast African American lady had waited on her , but no such luck for me. As I walked in a very rude younger girl walked out with bright multi colored hair and tattoos solid up both arms ( I have no problems with tattoos because I have some myself ) but instead of saying hello or hi she yells ” just a heads up we are out of mayonnaise ” !! As she was making the sub everything she picked up she just slung what she had left in her hand back in the containers !! Rude as all hell and if any pride whatsoever was taken in that particular store , if you are for some strange reason out of mayonnaise there’s actually a Food Lion grocery store literally next door !!

I had a great experience at this subway location. The store was clean and looked nice. The employee behind the counter was very nice and polite the whole time she dealt with us. She was helpful to us in making our meal selection too. The sandwiches were made to our liking and were very good. I would highly recommend this location.

I have attempted to go here three times this week. Once the computers were down could not process any cards. The next the toaster was down and they were out of at least a third of the meats did I tried to order. Now the doors are locked during business hours for some reason. Would not recommend going here

Be careful when ordering the number 11 foot long subway club. They tried to short me on meat. When I went on website it showed two slices of roast beef on a 6-in. They tried to put two slices on a footlong. I called them on it. They only put one more. Still not enough. Be careful out there. Get your money’s worth come back a week later and they still do not give you the proper amount of meat. This place is possibly going to close soon
