Ramen restaurant featuring fish-based broth, with decor reminiscent of the old Tokyo fish market.

Reviews
The food was excellent, and the interior is quirky and unique. It genuinely feels like stepping into a lively fish market, which makes the whole experience even more memorable.
I would recommend avoiding peak hours, as the line can get quite long. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
There are only one no-meat-ramen. Even the fish options are made with meat broth, so I could only try the mushroom ramen and some appetizers
The atmosphere is unique! However, the food and service were very disappointing. Despite arriving on time, I waited 30 minutes outside while others with later reservations were seated first. It felt unfair, as larger groups seemed to be prioritized
The ramen was lukewarm, the mushrooms were cold, and the broth was overly dark. Prices are average for Paris, but the experience wasn’t worth waiting two hours in the online queue plus another 30 minutes outside.
I wouldn’t recommend it.
The ramen was phenomenal, the broth was so umami while being light as a lot of ramen broth is often salty. The fish broth was unique and the fish was sooo tender it’s crazy. The noodles had a good al dente texture as well.
Only small minor downside is that you get seated with strangers, and you may sit next to speakers that play sounds to make you feel like you’re at a fish market. The dumplings temperature felt a bit lukewarm.
I don’t know how they did the decor, they put in a lot of effort that it’s worth a mention. How’d all the fishes look so real? I loved every part of this restaurant.
This was the best ramen experience I’ve had in Europe. I would heavily recommend people to come. It may not be for everyone but their fish broth is amazing and words simply can not describe it.
However I believe that there is a cost for this experience as the seating was very awkward and tight.
We saw a massive line outside here all of Saturday and can see why.
The ramen was delicious and the broth was exceptional. We had the sea bream ramen and the original and both had a very nice fishy flavour to it. The sea bream was a bit more intense.
Highly recommend!
One of the best Ramen I’ve ever eaten.
I’ve had the chance to try Ramen in Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and France.
Really good idea to use Britanny Sardines as the base of one of the broths, unique flavor.
Noodles making and cooking as we like it.
Ingredients were also well prepared, cooked and cutted (except the cutting of the egg, which i prefer to be more clean. I think they cut the egg by hand and not with a knife or string).
Because of their success, to avoid long waiting queues, you need to go early.
No resa, and no tooth picks!!!
