Manager and employee working were amazing! Very friendly. Some subways barely put anything on your sandwich, but they were great about ingredients.

The store is old and run down. Went to wash my hands and used the restroom and found that the urinal was full of toilet. The floor had not been cleaned in the lobby and the tables need to be cleaned too. Wasn’t recommended to eat tire at a regular routine. It wouldn’t be very safe I don’t think

Upon arriving at the store I was informed the online order wasn’t ready even tho they marked it done. After waiting two subs wasn’t toasted, my sandwich was made in the wrong bread and there was missing toppings and two slices of meat. Ridiculous! I will not be returning as Jersey Mike’s is in town and the food is made to satisfactory.

I had mixed feelings about Subway tonight. I’ll start with the positives. The employees were nice and asked if the items on the subs were enough. The lobby also seemed real clean. Now the negatives. The bathroom was a little smelly and could have used some cleaning. There were five people in line but only one of the employees was making dubs. The other was in the back doing something.

The employee barely cut the bread and just tore it the rest of the way on both the sandwiches I ordered, then put the toppings on in a very sloppy manor. It was not busy at the time we went, so she shouldn’t have been overwhelmed. She had a careless attitude, and her work reflected it.

Came here today with a set of subway coupons and was told they did not take them because that location is privately own.
That ok I’ll recommend other sub making restaurants like Jersey Mike’s. Rocky’s. And if you want to spend the gas go to fire house subs. Outside of county limits to Morristown or Newport
Photos if coupons. There expires dates are 8/9/25 on both of them. And yes the coupon do say redeemable at participating locations. And not valid in Alaska or Hawaii.

I go to this subway perhaps two or three times a month, as it’s conveniently close to my workplace. The food is standard Subway, and they’re not excessively stingy on the toppings. The staff is always friendly, and my sandwich is always made correctly and quickly. The store is typically decently clean, except during the busiest part of lunch when everyone’s behind the counter making subs, not free to wipe tables. When it’s quiet, it’s typically quite clean.
Not sure what else I’d ask for from a Subway. It’s not inspired food and it’s a bit expensive compared to other options in town, but for a sandwich chain, it’s pretty good. The friendly staff is what really sets this Subway apart from a lot of others I’ve gone to.

We like to order through the app and pick up from this location. The sandwich artists were good and friendly. We had a sandwich lose the edited ingredients and defaulted to the regular steak and cheese but they fixed my husband’s sandwich quickly and without argument which was very nice. I’ve always felt Subway is a little overpriced but it’s good
