Absolutely disgusting. The bread was hard as a brick. The meat was extremely rubbery. The sauce tasted extremely old. Out of everything that makes a sub a sub. Extremely small portions. The employees are clueless. I can’t think of a worse mismanaged place than this subway.
Edit: decided to give this place another shot as we are local and I used to work at the one in pilot. How is it you guys are out of Italians herbs and cheese and multigrain bread?? Probably because the employees aren’t doing their job. This would of never happened at the subway I worked at. Worst case scenario we got slammed by a bus and we were already on top of making new bread. Long story short: things haven’t changed at this location still not up too par with other locations in the county.

Went and couldn’t order they were short staff and I get that so I waited patiently as I was next ans to make the girl not feel rushed i deliberately didn’t watch her then the girl making the person in front of me’s sandwich, looks over at me and rudely says “i’ll be with you in one second” and then an older lady comes out and explains how they’re short staff passive aggressively and everyone was being patient. and i stormed out because she approached the guy who had just walked in and 3rd in line ignored me and asked him what he wanted to order. never been treated so rudely at subway won’t be back with that attitude MARKY MUSKY REVIEW WAS SPOT ONNNNNNN

The lady workin march 2 sunday night is awsome!! I wish i could put her name! Ive been there on many accatoins an no matter how long its been she remembers me and always a friendly short conversation person.. which me being a driver i appreciate! Deffently the reason i revisted the store tonight an will definitely always be my subway on my route!!

Hannah was very polite and helpful she was the best. Me and my husband came for a quick bite for dinner and it was Soo pleasing to meet such a wonderful lady. Our experience here made us feel she cared and she showed it. I would recommend going here and ask for hannah she will not disappoint

I come here often but no more. The gentleman named Sam was rude, couldn’t manage to pull apart bacon to put on a protein bowl. Even though I explained that I was a truck driver and would be eating it going down the road. He didn’t want to go against “protocol “ and use a knife to cut it. had an attitude about him as if he was making mine and my daughters food for himself. Very unsatisfactory.

Went to get a couple subs I was trying to have my sandwich made and the dude with the blue hair acted like I needed to check out in the middle of trying to have my sub made. So I went and paid his in a hurry self to come back and find out my sun was toasted. I didn’t want my sub tosted but I had to hurry up and be rushed to pay. Not I spent over 10 bucks on a dang sandwich I don’t even want! Slow down and let me get my sandwich made before rushing me to pay!!

I would love to know where to contact Hannah from subway. Once again service like hers its what makes Love’s Travel Stops my favorites even tho she works in the Subway section. I cant thank you enough for how kind you were and your patience. Hope ill stop by another time.
