I ordered my normal sandwich that I always order, which is automatically saved in the app. I ordered it at 9:05 pm which the store closes at 10:00 pm and got to the store to pickup our food ( 2 footlongs priced at 22.99 but I had a coupon for BOGO. Apparently they thought since I got it on sale they should give me half the sandwich. One of the sandwiches has everything on it literally except pickles we open it to literally nothing but meat and lettuce. The other sandwich is a pizza sub made normal and it has nothing on it but chipotle sauce ,pepperoni, and cheese and it was suppose to be toasted . It wasn’t toasted nor was it even warm. Both sandwiches were worse than a gas station sub. I also asked the associate about cookies and prices he got aggravated huffed at me with a look like I was disturbing him goofing off with the other worker. They were slow and no other customers were there so it wasn’t like he was busy or anything. They did have a hiring sign on the door maybe now I know why. Do not go here unless u want ripped off with attitude!! And I worked for subway before this is not how they want their business and customers treated . This isn’t Subways core values ! I will contact higher ups about this issue.

On Feb 11,2026 I stopped by on my way to work that afternoon. Two courteous ladies were working behind the counter. I watched them as they moved with precision making each order with a smile.Keep it up ladies we appreciate y’all,good sandwich too.

Idk the guys name working this afternoon but that was the best experience I’ve ever had at Subway! My cold cut combo was perfect! guy was great to talk to! Very friendly staff! Store is updated and clean! Glad I live around the corner! I’ll be back again!

This Subway location is pretty top notch. Although often understaffed. Always willing to please, just not always able to due to staffing shortages. I have seen them close early due to the shortages in the past. But if you get a sandwich at this location, you’ll be satisfied!

A 5 star subway all the way around! It was clean, super clean! Smelled fresh and inviting! I was warmly greeted by a professional, clean groomed attractive young lady and service was top notch, EVEN WITH a SMILE . I have to say this is my first visit, but I’ll drive out of my way to patron this Subway! BEST of f the BEST! Thank you for making my visit a great one!

The good: it wasn’t very crowded when I arrived at 5:30. I was the only customer in the restaurant so I was able to be served quickly. The employee who took my order was fairly pleasant .The bad: almost $13.00 for a mediocre sandwich, small bag of chips and a drink. The self-serve fountain drink dispenser had two drink selections that were undrinkable because instead of dispensing the drink into your cup, it spit it out violently in spurts. Slight gnat problem as two landed in my drink after sitting down at a table. The sign at the register that tells you that they aren’t allowed to participate in any of the national coupon promotions so don’t expect any deals. Not sure why they wouldn’t want to bring in customers and refuse to honor a coupon when there are so many other sandwich options that are much better in my opinion. Firehouse, Jersey Mike’s, etc. They make you beg for napkins. Instead of just putting out a dispenser where you can get your own napkins you have to ask an employee and then you get two or three thin cheap napkins I used to love Subway but I will probably not be back. There are just too many other places that trust you enough to get your own napkins.

I have ordered door dash from here many many many times and same over poured sauces just do a squirt not the whole bottle and not even send a napkins. Hell I need gloves for this. Please let me post what I recieved. This is absolutely nothing but, mustard.

Sandwich artist receive 5 stars, management receives zero. This location does not accept BOGO coupons, even though the company sends them out for use at subway. Then management proceeds to place a multiple signs around the restaurant claiming that due to the ECONOMY they cannot honor bogo coupons. Imaged is the sign that is spammed around the restaurant, they have one official sign on a subway backing that blames the economy for their lack of accepting coupons. You know, because a multi million dollar company with thousands of rich franchise owners can’t fathom giving away $6 of product. The owner of this establishment is GREEDY and does not care about his community like subway use to have a standard of doing! I’ve been wanting to speak with the manager about this, however he or she seems to be a very hard person to reach, never answering the phone at the establishment, and never being present. I’ve literally never even seen a manager in the establishment out of all the times I have visited there.
