Bf and I came here to try the Thanksgiving sub. We got the large and split it. There was hardly any cranberry sauce on it and wasn’t stuffed the way I’d seen reviews on social media. Very skimpy on the ingredients. All the videos I watched showed the sub was very full with the ingredients. Ours wasn’t. Almost $20 for that and skimpy ingredients?? Not worth it! Definitely won’t be back! This isn’t the first time either!

It seemed like the workers were without a manager and did not care about the accuracy of my order. You can see the roast beef is on wheat instead of the turkey. No tomatoes were ordered but they included them. It is a disappointment and a waste of our $25. They ruined both our sandwiches

There were 4 employees working and napkins where put soda machine is dirty. When asked to fill napkins they said they would and not one of them did. I usually enjoy coming to the store due to the friendlyness of the employees. Today they seemed more worried about what they were talking to each other about then making sure the store was taken care of

We love Firehouse Subs! We are creatures of habit and get the Italian and turkey bacon ranch subs every time and honestly, they never disappoint! The app is also super easy to use and the food is fresh, accurate and always ready for pick up when we arrive.

This store does not know how to make anything correctly. Ask for a certain sandwich with only certain things on it and they still add other toppings. This is a continuous issue. They don’t listen and go into autopilot when making orders. Very very disappointed with this location. Have not received the correct order ever.
These employees need to be let go. It’s always the same employees there and still messing up orders. Do better.
Proceeded to call the store. Apparently there was no order under our name. Credit card statement says otherwise and thank god AMEX shows location, time and date the card was used. The people working this store don’t have the brain function to be working in customer service. Will be contacting BBB and corporate. This store needs new management and employees ASAP.

Arrived at 10:35 and the doors were still locked, one of the ladies noticed me and instead of coming to the front door, where I was standing, went to the back door first unlocked it and then came up and unlocked the front door, but didn’t even bother to open it or greet at all, I walked in. She looked at me as if I was a huge inconvenience. I ordered a sandwich she still with no response did the order. The only two people in the whole place were two women Latin. Very rude. The floors were filthy, and the food was overpriced for the amount served. Do not recommend this location. I’ve been to many of firehouse subs and I’ve had much better experience. Will never come back to this location again.

Just wanted to share that this may be one of the last times I end up eating at a firehouse sub restaurant until they revamp prices to be within normal levels. $17 a sandwich after tax is priced 40-50% too high. I know there is some elements of inflation but even at that, prices for a large sandwich shouldn’t be above $11. I shared my concern about the price to the manager on duty. The manager even said that they couldn’t afford to bring their families there based on the price increase over price increase over price increase. The sandwich maker said they used to be so much busier at lunch time and now it is not nearly as busy during lunch and a ghost town after 3PM.
To top it off, I was disappointed in the portion size. 5 years ago the firehouse subs would load you with meat and veggies. Now, it is like I am having to eat on a diet. Less food at a higher cost.
I encourage everyone to please take a stand and let management know that if they don’t bring prices into a normal territory, the chain will likely suffer closures based on lack of business. The Superior location is a franchisee. Mangement must know that they won’t retain many customers if they are trying to gouge the few patrons, compensating for those they’ve lost due to price hikes. Those patrons will eventually get the message as the sandwich maker was telling me the other day.
