This review is primarily for the owner of this franchise. This store has always been clean and manager is a delightful woman.
However, I am so sick and tired of buying a $10+ SANDWICH and I can’t have any extra vegetables on my sandwich. This owner won’t allow more than like 3 olives on a LARGE sandwich. They are not allowed to put on a very tiny handful of onions. It is absolutely ridiculous to me that they have become so incredibly stingy on a full price sandwich. When you ask if you can pay for extra, the answer is “no”, they don’t have an “extra” button on the register.
Therefore, I will not be buying sandwiches from any of this franchisees stores any longer, even if it is all of the Athens stores.
If I can’t have $.10 worth of extra onions on my $10-$12 sandwich they don’t deserve my business or my hard earned money!

HORRIBLE, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE I ACCIDENTALLY PLACED AN ORDER HERE FOR $134 and I was trying to call a cancel it but they didn’t answer the phone and I am 70 miles away. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Do better.

Last night on my way home from work stopped to get a sandwich the two ladies that was working customer service sucks and to think one is either a manager or key holder is mind blowing. The one in charge was checking me out and said “ wished I could have closed early so I don’t have to deal with last minute customers” excuse me it was 9pm you close at 10. Being in management myself I would have fired them both. The music they was playing was totally unacceptable for a work place and there attitude sucked. I will never go back to that location

I normally come to this location and the ladies are great with perfect experience. Came in today and they did not make my wrap like it’s made in every other one of the locations I ask them if they can fix it correctly and they talked to a person running the shift and she must have told them to scrape the melted cheese off and just reheat it because the wrap will get hard including the meat this order then just became to hard for the sandwich to be made when normal people would have just remade it finally I just gave up and decided to go somewhere else that would not scrap stuff off that’s melted and just fix it correctly.

Store was clean but the service was terrible. The person taking my order stood without saying anything or acknowledging me in anyway. I didn’t see any spinach out and asked if they had any…He turned around and walked to the back without saying anything while giving a deep sigh. The other worker at least had the courtesy to tell me he was getting it from the back. When the first worker came back with the spinach it was wadded up in his hand and not in a tray. When I asked to add drinks, chips, etc he took a very adversarial tone. I love Subway so I hope this gets sorted.

This location used to be a really good Subway, but since an apparent recent change in management, it has seemed to go down hill. I was in there today and waited about five minutes before the two workers came inside from the back door. There was a woman in front of me who said she had been waiting five minutes herself before I came in, and she had to leave before the workers came in. My sandwich was made well and tasted alright, but someone should have been upfront or within hearing range to know when customers were there.

The mngmt has recently changed since reopening from the tornados. I have been driving farther to come to this location. The food is better, the young man that works evening shift is so pleasant and takes pride in his work. I went to the walmart location while I was shopping just about a week ago and that was the nastiest place I have ever seen. 3 young people were playing around while customers were waiting and they looked very unprofessional. One had his hat turned upside down and turned sideways. One was sweeping and slinging dirt and dust everywhere whike giggling and the other young man was making someone a sandwich. I wouldn’t want it after dirt was slung over it. You can sure tell Sue isnt there anymore. Thats ok, She is at the white street location and it is clean, the food is fresh and I dont know about anyone else working there but I appreciate the young man working evenings. He does a great job!! Thank you!
