So this is a normal subway in a loves travel center, but the experience I just had with the customer service was amazing. First, Connie is super sweet. All I wanted was a sub. She then she “upsold” me into a combo because it was cheaper than just the sandwich, I’m guessing it was some deal. Now Connie may not be the fastest at making sandwiches but here’s the thing, she made this sandwich with love. Everything perfect. Cheese placement, meat placement, even the shredded lettuce was placed perfectly on the bread. I can’t tell y’all how much this means to me. Love is the most important ingredient in anything. More places need a Connie type person working there.

Worst subway I’ve seen in 35 states. They didn’t like my accent and spoke to me very rudely. I ordered a wrap, they used less meat than needed. When I told them that it was little and they should add more, he rudely told me they didn’t have more (the dish was full of meat that they had in the fridge). Then I told them to buy another sandwich and he told me that I should also buy a wrap because they had started making it. Check the pictures to convince yourself that you shouldn’t buy food here.

This place needs to at least try to adhere to they’re hours of operation. They’re supposed to be open until nine tonight and they’re already closed. I see people back there working behind the counter that happens all the time at this location management really needs to get their stuff together.

Based on the condition of the station and non-functioning pumps for discount via the Loves app chose to abstain during my first experience here using the Loves app on Thursday during travel. Said I’d be back on my way out to check out if there were improvements.
Today, learned Subway doesn’t open until 7am. Despite a Subway staff member being on site at 5am when stopping to see if the issues were fixed. You’d think in this densely populated area it would be 24 hours.
I’ve been to bo dink middle of nowhere and subway was 24 hours.
Took my business elsewhere.
Submitted a station review here and to Loves app hoping these folks can get equipment like the rest of the country has at the pumps.
I travel to the area frequently to see family. But just began my Loves app journey. Had hoped this would be my go to. Until improvements, 24 hour service as I need these hours during my trips, will patron elsewhere.
When I’m back in town will at least stop by to see if this place made changes and read reviews of other patrons to help me know if I can keep this Subway on my list of stops. As I buy this sandwich on my trips and plan accordingly.

The service here was honestly awful. I asked for more tomatoes on my sandwich—twice—and he added just one slice at a time, very reluctantly. My dad asked for oregano, but the employee started pouring vinegar and oil instead. When my dad corrected him, he muttered something under his breath like, “You need to open your mouth.”
To make things worse, after I paid, he didn’t even hand me the bag with my order—he just left it on his side of the counter and moved on to the next customer without a word. His whole attitude was rude and unprofessional.
My dad ended up eating the sandwich even though it had vinegar, which he really dislike, because he didn’t want to waste food. But we definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

He doesn’t know that meat and cheese are heated together. He put spinach, lettuce, and then spinach again and my bowl was still half empty.
I’ve never had so little meat as here (among 48 states??). He tore off very slow what was already cut.
His gloves were dirty. He closed the salad and went to another client. The second employee pretended that I didn’t exist and I had to ask to pay. He gave me 2 salads in my hands – without napkins and a bag. They don’t have half of the types of cheese.
