Got the taro smoothie but it had a very weird taste. Can’t describe it but it was very off-putting. Also, there was only paper straws…it’s 2025 and we haven’t learned paper straws suck? Sure paper straws work for a short while for some drinks, but it does not work for smoothies because it caves in due to the thickness of the drink.
Other than that, the location is clean and had a chill atmosphere.

The bubble tea is delicious! Came here with my friends and we ordered house black milk tea. The customizable ice and sugar options were definitely a plus and fast service as well. Overall, I’m satisfied!

Doesn’t disappoint at all, lovely workers, and there’s always a plentiful of flavors to try. Also, if you order on the machine, at the end, you can add a message and they’ll write it on your boba drink!

I don’t normally write reviews, but this place has annoyed me enough to finally write one. I love boba tea, and when I get it I expect to actually have boba in it. But five times now, I’ve gotten a drink without any boba in it, despite paying for it. This has happened with different servers over a couple months, so it’s not just one bad server. My friends have also gotten the wrong drinks or toppings sometimes. If you order from here, you should definitely double check to make sure you get what you ordered.

The staff didn’t prepare my orders properly. Multiple orders for drinks with boba but when picked up the drinks have no boba/wrong topping, and sometimes not even the right drink.

I like Gong Cha but not this particular location. My boyfriend got a Mango Green Tea with 100% sugar and 30% ice and it tasted like plain green tea with no sugar. I could taste some mango syrup on the bottom of the cup but it was so little it might as well have not been there. I don’t understand how they got it so wrong??!! The only explanation I can come up with is that they read the sugar % wrong AND they added the mango syrup as an afterthought since it wasn’t even mixed in properly. I used to work at several boba places and they all had this drink, so I know the steps in making it, and I can definitely tell they messed up. Restart the process if you f it up that bad!

It took over 30 minutes for me to finally get my drink. I watched as 17 other orders all got served before me and had to inquire after my drink status multiple times. They also charge convenience fees for cards, and as expensive as drinks are, I would not want to order multiple drinks from here and wait even longer.
If I could have canceled my order, I would have. Or just not placed it at all if they had told me it was going to take more time.

Great bubble tea. The milk cream flavours taste better when the milk and tea are separated, otherwise the saltiness of the milk cream overpowers the tea taste
