Where is anything but the bread?!
Part two 3/2025 I ordered again. And what has happened to quality anywhere in our country? First of all no longer a foot long. Maybe 8 inches but no meat and veges barely cut I’m done. Guess my expectations too high to think I can get a simple tuna sandwich with Tina on the sand which and cheese and lettuce. Thanks for the onions! That’s what I got bread and onions barely cut.

Absolutely awful customer service. When I walked in no one said anything to me. Two girls were sitting at a table playing in their phones. I let them know I was their for a pick up order and a younger girl with glasses and red hair wearing boots with designs got my order and didn’t even hand it to me just sat it on the counter and walked away. Didnt say anything. No one said anything the whole time I was in the store. This was October 9th 2025 between 8pm-8:10pm. There were two girls. One with red hair and one with blonde hair and a younger boy who was the only one behind the counter and right after I walked out the door I witness someone not in uniform walk behind the counter and just hang out and grab food. When another customer walked in the younger boy was once again the only one behind the counter and walked in to the store with an out of uniform employee (I’m assuming) leaving with food, the blonde girl and her boyfriend (I’m assuming) talking to the red haired girl who just came out of the bathroom. I do not usually leave reviews but sometimes things happen that you need to forewarn people about. I’ve had pretty great sub sandwiches here in the last month and a half that we have lived here. Servers have been kind and courteous and gloves changed out but when my husband went last week for dinner, one of the employees was sweeping off the tables in the dining room. Ummmm… that is not sanitary. We watched to see if they came back to sanitize the tables, but that did not happen. I’ve been in food service for a long time. This is NOT okay and will make people sick and lose customers. You’ve lost this one for a while.

I haven’t had a problem with Subway EVER until tonight. The Buffalo chicken sub I ordered had no Buffalo, rotisserie chicken, barely any cheese, and olives. The Sun was completely wrong snd random.

This place is a disaster. Went in yesterday evening. Stale bread, filthy restaurant rude employees. There was some kind of animal in a cardboard box on one of the dining tables. One of the employees stated that the animal was “pooping”. I’ve never been to this particular subway & have no plans to return. I’ve also been sick since my visit. This place should be shut down by the health department. They actually had bread on the bottom rack with dirt & pickles on it. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs.
