Been a while, decided to swing by. Like the new menu design, easier to follow. I noticed some pre-prep techniques that sped things up. All was good, but (and I know they’re itchy and uncomfortable) you gotta wear your hair and beard guards. Tsk-tsk.

I don’t ever do this.. but this is easily the most poorly run Subway I have ever entered. Since new owners bought this location, the quality, service, and atmosphere have decreased significantly.
McEwen doesn’t have many options..so it’d be nice for the few options there are to be somewhat presentable.
– The workers don’t wear hair nets, nor do they keep their hair tied up ( hygiene flag)
Side note: there were 3 people working today, only 1 serving and bro had on sweats and a t-shirt.. are there not uniforms?
– The lid stays closed on the condiments ( surely from complaints about bugs being on them)
– everyone knows that if there isn’t constantly fresh guac in the bin then youre in for a treat..meaning the rest of the toppings aren’t fresh either. (Peep the lettuce)
Long list i know, but its very sad when a year ago this establishment was respectable and got you in and out asap, they prioritized YOU. Now the lack of people skills the employees have is impossible not to notice. Maybe due to a decrease in wages? Poor training? Who knows.
All anyone wants is clean food, served fast as can be helped, with good service.. and those three things are what this place is missing. Hope it gets better soon.

Great service, it was very busy during the lunch rush, but the employees worked together seamlessly to make sure everyone’s order was right and kept the line moving, while being friendly and professional. The restaurant and dining area was clean. Our food was fresh and delicious and made just how we wanted it.

I sent my fiance here tonight before 7pm. Wanted a pizza sub. The young lady apparently told him they didn’t have enough sauce to make my sandwich. This isn’t the first time we’ve been told here they couldn’t make my sandwich. If they are still open for two hours, there is NO reason she couldn’t have gotten more sauce. Not sure if any food was good there tonight, as we weren’t offered any assistance to fill the order. Lazy. Not cool.

It had been a bit since I’ve had a Subway. Stopped into this location and it was good. Had a Black Forest ham on wheat and some chips. Friendly staff which isn’t something that you always get with fast food.
