Never seen such a trashy disgusting display at a food place before. The person working drive thru with sharpie eyebrows had extremely rude attitude for absolutely NO reason, then her bipolar meds kicked in and she apologized by the time we got to the window. Then decided we should have to wait 25 extra minutes. My husband walked in and witnessed her drop food on the ground and pick it back up to put in my daughter’s meal. We just left after that. It’s bizzare that this restaurant thinks it’s appropriate to staff someone with obviously very serious mental health issues. I tried to get a refund through the company and explain the situation for the sake of public health and no one ever even answered. If you don’t want mystery germs or God knows what else in your food, I would avoid this place!

Carl’s Jr. is typically my #1 fast food option. Unfortunately this is what Redding has to offer. An hour before close, the staff refuses to bread Chicken, apparently according to store policy. Luckily I wasn’t refused service this time, I’ve been by here before at 950 only to be turned Away because they were closing at 10.

Waited 30 minutes with only one other car in the drive thru. Truth is: you can get better quality food from a real restaurant for same price or even cheaper. Fast food has the worst quality for the highest prices nowadays.

Beyond Burgers! Lifechangers for this family who struggles to find fast food we can eat on the road. My daughter had a hospital stay in Redding recently, I drove thru expecting a drink, and was excited to find Beyond Burgers on the menu. Came back 3 more times during the week.

I’m currently sitting in lobby and the female manager, (I’m assuming she’s manager) has been super friendly and very good with the other staff. Made sure everything was on task and helped where it was needed. Food was hot and fresh. Overall, everyone was friendly and put our food together well. The restaurant is clean and I can see the clean floors in the back where the staff have to work. Thank you for a good fast food experience
