The employees are super nice, and I appreciate them so much for allowing me to use the restroom even though I was not purchasing anything at the time (super broke). But being homeless and female is hard enough as it is, and it’s even harder to find somewhere to go to the bathroom that’s an actual restroom with a toilet and sink, compared to outside somewhere hoping there’s no weirdos hiding in the bushes spying while you’re going pee real quick. That shit is so stressful you don’t even know. So shout out to the very considerate and kind-hearted employees that were working tonight (January 24th) that allowed me to use the restroom and maintain my sense of dignity for the time being! I wish more people were as badass as you! ❤️❤️❤️

The guy that took my order and brought me my food was very delightful and professional. Unfortunately, the cooks were kind of loud and cracking jokes. I have really no problem with that because you should have fun and enjoy your job. But not when you can hear it all the way in the lobby.
The french fries have sure changed a lot throughout the years and not really in a good way. They’re getting awfully thin and I know that potatoes are plentiful so why the shortcut? The burger was very good. I’ve always loved Carl’s jr. Especially when they first opened years and years ago they were much better. But I realized restaurants want to cut corners so sometimes they pay less for certain items and it shows. Especially if you’re a regular.

I choose to dine in after winning 2/3 ro sham bow however this quickly turned from my favor, i got root beer and beings ive managed fast food and a gas station with fountain drinks it was obviously out of root beer. Two employees came over took a drink and said taste fine to them my friend tried it it looked like dirty water it was that light asked to speak with the manager and low and behold the guy with bad eyeliner job that just told us carbanated water taste like rootbeer! Was hella rude hard to believe Carls Jr would be this way, used to be my favorite restraunt!

The food was fresh but I did not like to play Tetris with my biscuit. And the employee Serena w. was very unprofessional. We went through the drive-thru. She’s very rude. And the wait time for one person in front of us was ridiculous. 10 plus minutes in the drive-thru to wait. I would have gave it higher rating but the service was ridiculous and overpriced. And the drive-thru board was a little misleading. Very good place to go if you want fresh food and poor service

Horrible, they serve old food. Hard buns, cold meat, unmelted cheese. This has happened multiple times at this location. They don’t care.
Update: 2 yrs later I decide to go back and see if the food’s gotten any better. Here’s the picture. SMH One day somebody will get it right. My real question is, would the employees eat this if they made it for themselves? We all know the answer. So why the heck would they serve it? Come on GM get your team together.

This is fast food !!!and clearly the only thing fast at the Westside plaza location is them taking your money! Waiting on the food is like waiting at a sit in restaurant! Staff really need some direction on what it means to serve fast food !!! Like food should be out the window in 30-60 seconds and the latter is long by far !!!!

Ordered a BBQ beyond with added lettuce. They gave me a famous with no lettuce. Soda machine was wrong. Not enough flavor in one soda, not enough carbonation on another, and too much syrup in last try for soda.
