Heard no knock on the door so the sandwich bags were just set on the ground where insects could get in I ordered it late 8 o clock so it got here 9 something my sandwich was overloaded with pepper the sandwich was black There was little to no oil on my sandwich and the flavor was too overwhelming for me had the scrape the pepper off with a wet spoon,my sister’s sandwich had barely any meat on it and my mom’s sandwich was so dry and had little condiments on it none of the foot long sandwiches were cut we tried to call the store number multiple times for days they didn’t answer I spent my birthday money on it I had a free cookie I got oatmeal raisin it was hard even the baby didn’t want it.

I ordered here a few days ago my order was cold and soggy when I spoke with the manager of the store they acknowledged my food was messed up and blamed it on the new staff and while I understand they were new and made a mistake I still believe I should be able to get my food remade but the manager refused

Asked if i wanted my sandwich toasted!! Said yes!! She put the sandwich and took it right back out lol the cheese didn’t even melt no exaggeration 2 seconds!! The whole process was rushed so they could gt back to tlkn !! First and last time here!! I really wanted a toasted sandwich
