I drive for work in the greater Nashville area and eat at a lot of different fast food places while on the road, subway being one of them. I always look forward to coming to this subway because the service and sandwich I receive exceeds every other subway I think I’ve ever been to. I’ve been ordering the same sandwich for about 20 years now and they not only get it right every time, but set the standard for how my sandwich should be made. In a world where we rely so heavily on fast food to sustain us and where subpar fast food has become the norm, this subway still shines as a golden beacon for fast food everywhere. Sometimes the best food here in the south is hidden away inside of a small convenience store and that still rings true for this subway store. I cannot recommend them enough.

Just got home from this Subway. The ladies working today at 1:45 pm were the GOAT’s. Incredible service, lighting McQueen literally made my sandwich. Lady with short red hair was so nice, love her she’s amazing. Made sure we got the freshest baked cookies

Was trying to get some subway on the way home from work and they don’t close till 9pm it says online and I went there at 8:30 and they were closing had all the food up seemed like they were closing before 8:30 because they had no food out seems like there careless and don’t want to work and do there job by closing way to early this is unacceptable!

6″ ham and cheese. 3 thinly slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese cut in half. Brown frozen lettuce tomato and onion was not an option. Health inspection during this order. Server was awesome but nothing like the commercials show improved food. Not freshly sliced from what I saw. Staying true to Jersey Mike’s. Truly a Sub Above. Shame on you

I only put three stars on this one because every Subway is different some of the locations are extremely professional and friendly and courteous other locations however I would not suggest going Like the one on Columbia avenue in Franklin Tennessee The manager Lily spends most of her time on drugs sleeping in the car behind the building letting her high school employees run the restaurant That place is a mess

Always a long wait in line. Workers are not trained properly in food safety. The phone rang while an employee was making my sub, she answered it with her gloves still on, then walked outside, came back in to finish my sub without changing gloves. I just walked out. Will not return to that location.

I sent my niece in with my debit card she had 10.00 they charged my card for 4 foot longs and they took her 10.00 plus the sandwich were dry, nothing on them she had a list and said she told them what to put on them, I called and told them they said sorry. I won’t go to this one again a bunch of kids running it.
