The girl Ava attitude is terrible! One time I went in, She was making faces like it was a problem. I asked for a cheese pizza, and she had the nerve to ask if I wanted cheese with an attitude. I clearly stated I wanted a cheese and what pizza doesn’t come with cheese?!? Today I got some cookies, and when I left I noticed she gave me five whole cookies and a half of one mind you I paid for 6 WHOLE cookies not 5 and a half. She had the same nasty attitude again ! If you’re gonna act like that every time somebody comes in, you need to find somewhere else to work because nobody wants to spend money their money where the service is terrible!

Based on hours posted on this stores website, I ordered a sandwich online at 8:15.pm. Hours of operation displayed are 9-9pm. I noticed my credit card was charged but no confirmation on the order was sent to me. So I drove to the store anyway and arrived at 8:45 to find the store was closed. First of all, how about correcting your actual store hours. Secondly, if the store is closed I should have been notified at the time i placed the order online and not charged.

I eat subway at least once a week and never have any issues. I went to the Lafayette al location yesterday and not only was my sandwich extremely sloppy, it wasn’t made correctly either and I have been super sick to my stomach since last night. I will never go to this location again.

The worst service I have ever experienced. I will not be returning. I made an order online and was called 30 minutes after I made the order and was told they did not have the bread I requested. So I asked what they did have told the lady that it was fine just make the sandwiches on the bread they have. I ordered 2 sandwiches 1 wrap and a salad. 10 minutes later I was called again and told they couldn’t make any of my order and I needed to come get a refund. I asked why they lady said they had no bread. She then hung up on me. When I get to the store to get my refund. Me and another lady walked in at the same time they asked what the other lady wanted and began making her sandwich. But even though I placed my order an hour prior to this they wouldn’t make mine but made walk in orders. Very rude customer service

I find it absolutely appalling that a franchise in a very small town would capitalize on that fact by not participating in any deals or promotions the company advertise. One would think they would happily try to serve the community in such a way. I will not spend my Money with such a franchise. I hope the rest of the community follows suit. Being that obviously money is the only motivation of the owner.

Staff was very friendly and relatable. My food was perfect and the service was great. The parking lot needs a SERIOUS repaving. There isn’t much parking available and they should put a no parking sign in front of their door so that people will stop parking there blocking the door. It’s not an issue when they aren’t packed but is annoying when they are.
