Subway owners need to train employees on washing hands. They should have hand sanitizer sitting near line, every time they need to replace gloves… they should sanitize their hands. Subway used to be a good place to eat. Now its just gross.

OK so I went there to get a sandwich and a lady named Kathy was very rude to me. I asked her could I get a foot-long ham and witch she separated on two different pieces of paper because my daughter gets mustard on hers and my son does not eat mustard on his I had a coupon and she told me I could not have it on separate papers and if so then she would have to charge me for 26 inches, I was not getting two separate sandwiches. I wanted one foot-long ham but just if she would dress it on separate paper because my son does not like anything at all on his sandwich so then I asked her for the store number and she would not give it to me. I asked her if I could get a number to complain, and she refused to give me a phone number. I will never stop at this restaurant again she was very very rude.

Worst experience I have ever had at Subway, and thats saying a lot! They refused to let us eat in the diner at 5:30 due to them already having it clean for 9pm closing. They only had 4 sauces out and said the rest he would have to refill if we wanted it and acted like it was a big inconvenience to do so. When my wife asked for a sauce he didn’t have out, he said ” Do you want me to go and refill it or just not get any?” Will not be going back!!! Wish I would have gotten the boys name.

I understand you might have personal issues but when your at work it’s about work. You don’t stand in front of customers taking personal phones called talking about putting $10 on something. Having a nasty attitude. All the orders were cold. She was asked to toast everything nothing was toasted. You don’t call your friends up to the counter when you have customers to talk about your phone call and you definitely don’t talk on the phone then use the same gloves to make people orders..

Today (thursday) me and my bf drove up to this Subway at 8:30 and watched the short black girl with long braids RUN to the door & lock it before we could come in. The hours on the door state this location is open until 9pm. She was even making sandwiches for a different person already in the shop! Refused to communicate and fully ignored us.

Me and my family go to this subway every week. We have never had an experience like we had today. When I asked the lady whom said she was the manager if the took coupons she said yes but not the buy one get one free. I just got the coupons in mail. So while I’m deci9on what to eat my 5 year old son who just got out of school (boys and girls club) was jumping around like kids do and she started hollering at him. She made me so upset we left.
