We stopped in for lunch yesterday and had a great experience! Chandler was our server and he was awesome. He recommended one of the brews we got and when we asked to split a cowboy burger and fries it was no problem and came out on separate plates. We really appreciated that.
The brews and food were all excellent and I especially recommend the fries. So good. We’ll definitely return.

Atmosphere is pretty laid back, nice versatile menu. Tried their fish and shrimp tacos, beef sandwich and all were great.

Would of been a 5 had I not waited at a self seated bar table for 23 minutes (after lunch hour) for service. Excellent menu, excellent consistent food, great drinks. It was an off day with server. Ill always come back.

Bighorn is a spot in Reno that just feels easy to hang out at. The food is solid—big burgers, tasty tacos, and good beer. The portions are good, the prices don’t break the bank, and the staff is always friendly. Kid friendly. We’re coming here more and more these days.

Have previously enjoyed the food here, but it was always lunch or dinner. Today we went for breakfast and it was a complete flop! Nice waitress, struggling to keep up. Sausage patty was tough(?) and tasteless. I mean awful. Toast tasted like it was grilled on a less than clean flat top…it was definitely not toasted and buttered. The eggs were fine, cooked to my request. I do not know why anybody would serve deep fried chunks of potato with 1/2″ squares of bell pepper and burned onions; especially for breakfast. Large table of very loud people next to us…all in all a waste of time and money. It took forever TO PAY! Obviously they have no control over the loud table, but scheduling enough wait staff and a decent breakfast cook are pretty big priorities. Do better, Bighorn! Maybe try eating some of your breakfast food…See how you like it!

I am 63 years old and disabled. I can to reg restraint with my service dog off 5 years. I allowed him to sit on a chair beside me because I was having medical idiots and he needed to be close to me to pick up my scents. The manager called and the waitress brought me the phone and said I had to leave out she would call the police because “your dog is not a service dog.” I showed the waitress my papers from the federal government and still the manager told us to leave. I asked her to please do call the police because I wanted them to explain to get that what she was doing is illegal and against the Americans with Disabilities Act. They have a sign on the door that says service animals are welcomed. I was so upset, embarrassed, and violated

We were greeted immediately and sat right away! Bobby F showed up with waters so quickly and was knowledgeable of the beer selections. He provided fabulous service! The perfect amout of attentiveness. Bacon blue cheese burger and the pulled pork sliders were amazing!! This was our first visit to this location since we usually visit the other one. We will be back! 🙂 Thank you!
