They NEVER pick up the phone.
Accidentally ordered here & needed to cancel the order because I’m at the hospital with my sick mother & they aren’t answering as usual. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to call this establishment for a question or issue with an order & they’ve never answered the phone. Pathetic.

Blissful Euphoria
After traveling for 3 hours stopped in first first meal of the day. Toaster oven broken the vegetables displayed was not stocked so our choices on what we wanted to put on the sandwich was limited. With two people there and it not being busy. I would think it would be stocked so we would have to get the bottom on the container. Also the steak sandwich I received that was wrong not to warm the meat up!

So I went to Subway this evening for dinner and I must say, I loved the lady working there. She was very kind and friendly. I was kind of concerned for her wondering if she ever gets any help because she has to make sandwiches and ring customers out but her humbling response was, it’s not that bad, she’s worked at busier locations. Also, the sandwiches she fixed were delicious. She definitely should be recognized for her Wonderful Customer Service! You’re amazing girly!

Two of the poorest made sandwiches I’ve ever recieved from a Subway. Price was $6 more than I’ve paid at any other Subway for the exact same thing, because apparently they don’t offer the same sandwich as all other locations I’ve been to. Definitely won’t be coming here again. Every other Subway in saraland is WAY better; service, sandwich quality, and price.

Worst experience ever. My boyfriend ordered through the mobile app and when I got there the lady said they had not received an order. I had a screenshot of the order and showed her after she rudely said he must have put the order in at another location. She snatched my phone and called her manager and was discussing then asked for a screenshot of the payment status when it was on the first picture but anyways after showing the payment status, she slides my phone across the counter and does not say anything to me if she or isn’t going to make it. The gas station clerk asked me if they were going to get me straight and I said well I hope so. Then the subway lady doesn’t acknowledge me and says to the gas station lady, so the order was lost and she (me) is going to have get refunded so it’s like she (me) is getting the sandwiches for free. I didn’t care for a refund, after 15 minutes I just wanted my food. When she finished making the sandwiches, she put them in the bag and slid the bag across the counter and I was trying to be nice because maybe she had a bad day or her manager wasn’t so nice on the phone and said hope that wasn’t an hassle. She walks off and says it happens. I did not appreciate the service she gave. Next time, I’ll go to jersey mike’s.

We accidentally got a free lunch!! I decided to takes the kids swimming and stopped to get drinks. Subway was running a new menu. Up to 4 6″ subs for free. So I bought the kids all a drink and we got a free sandwich to take to Gunnison Creek. It was such a blessing and the girls that were working were so sweet. It was a very smooth transaction considering the amount of people there. Those two girls deserve so much!! They rocked it!

Updated post: came here again on 9/7/22 and the girl said they were closed. It was 8:05 btw. They are supposed to close at 9 per Google. Why did I even try to come back??? I honestly think this is the store that their district manager is like “oh we know this store is a terrible store but at least someone is working it today”, meaning it’s always an issue. Apparently nothing has changed in the last 3 years since my last post. Good luck Subway bc you need it . Me and my husband aren’t even surprised at this point…
Last post from 3 yrs ago: TERRIBLE!!!! Don’t even try going in 5 min before they close because they will turn you away in a heartbeat!!! They have had terrible service for years and something needs to be done!!! This is ridiculous!!!

First of all I would like to sincerely apologize for unpleasant past experience some of you have had at our Subway location. We have a total new staff, including management, and are working hard to improve our store and rebuild our business. I would like to invite our community to revisit our Subway for delicious sandwiches and salads served with great service and smiling faces! We are also now proudly accepting EBT at our location.

2/19/2020 After spending a few hours at the ER with my husband we were a bit hungry just to walk in and find it was closed 20 minutes early. Everything was completely shut down which led me to believe that it was closed even earlier than the 20 minutes and the employee gave us such a dirty look as she talked with the employee of the station side of the store. It was definitely one of those “Just Wow” moments.
