No real knock on the food. My issue is, there was one truck in front of me. After sitting there 10min, he finally got to place his order. I then pulled up. Dude came over the intercom and said just a minute. After almost another 10 min, he still hadn’t got back with me. So I left. It’s not the first time it’s taken forever to order at this particular location. I see now why there’s never any business at this location.

Not busy but long wait time as staff struggled to properly build sandwiches, food that was finally brought out was incorrect to the order and assembled poorly. Bathrooms were dirty. Would not return.

June 16, 2023 7:40 PM three cars went through the drive-through and ordered but no one came to the window to give them food so they all had to drive away after waiting a long time. I hate to give a bad review because I’ve never had trouble here before but I’m hoping that someone in charge reads these and can help make sure this doesn’t happen again

Went on lunch break for drive through and with only 2 cars in front of me ot took over 20 minutes to get to order when it was my turn they took over 5 minutes to say something and was very rude only rating 3 stars due to the food being fresh and hot

I ate my last whopper I’ll ever eat in Crestview FL. My mayo and pickles were almost scalding. Apparimsently they threw the whole thing in the microwave. To contrast that my fries weren’t hot and flimsy this is the 2nd time in a row i got a microwaved burger
