If I could give a 0 rating I would. But this morning my mood when from 0 to 100 , I stopped at this place which used to be my favorite Subway, lady puts both my sandwiches in the same paper bag once I get to my car the bag burst and my sandwiches fell out I was able to catch one, I took it back inside thinking that it shouldn’t be no problem at all getting it replaced but I Was wrong she had the nerve to ask me if I was going to pay for another one, I said why it’s not my fault that the bag broke, she called her so called supervisor who she wouldn’t give me the number to upper management or corporation to call myself talking about she doesn’t have it. She kept trying to justify this ridiculousness. I’m just at a lost never in all my years and I’ve worked at plenty of restaurants and we never treated customers like this! it’s not even about the money, the sandwich it’s the principal behind it. Customer Service at it’s worst!

Originally I wanted to order on the mobile app but my boyfriend wanted to go inside to place our order. We got a BOGO free coupon in the mail so we decided we wanted to use it for our lunch. When we got to the store we placed our order and when we went to pay I gave the cashier the coupon and he said they don’t accept those and when asked why he said because our boss won’t allow us to. Fine.. We decided to go ahead and pay for the subs using a $10 gift card and the rest cash. When scanning the coupon it would not accept it and the manager stated we had to pay for the entire amount without being able to use our coupon or gift card…

i ordered through the app for pickup today and received a ham and turkey sandwich not american club. there is a significant price difference. my sandwich was not made to order and i have been calling for 2.5 hours and no one will answer the phone. how annoying that someone doesnt know the ingredients on a sub and can’t read the ticket directions. get it together.
