All I have to say is this subway has gone down hill and I won’t be back. It takes a lot for me to write a review but I was not happy leaving there at all. For starters if a piece of your equipment is broken, you should tell the customer before hand. Their bread toaster was broken and I was not told until my sandwiches were already being made. She then proceeded to microwave my sandwiches and at this point I was like whatever, stuff happens and I’m not just going to walk out after they’re already being put together. I get to the counter with both of my sandwiches and it cost $22 for 2 foot longs. I understand food cost is going up, therefore you have to charge more. I will not understand HOW you can feel ok charging someone $10 for a sandwich with nothing on it. Absolutely ridiculous and I will gladly make my own sandwiches at home.

Hands down the worst subway I’ve ever been too.
While at the restaurant putting together my sandwich, the lettuce they had out was clearly very old and not good anymore so was unable to complete my meal. Not sure why they couldn’t get fresh lettuce but whatever. As I get home to eat, I then realized the bread is hard as a rock and probably old too. (It was NOT Toasted, just stale). And to top this terrible trip off, they over charged me an extra $8!!
$27 for a ham/turkey footlong and a turkey 6 inch sub… Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Ordered online and they gave me the wrong sub, went and told them and they said it’s nothing they can do about that. No refund, No remake or anything. Subway in Bay Minette Walmart is not the one to go to.

Poor attitude. The two woman that worked 7/24/24 don’t greet customers and had their backs turned to customers. They laughed when we walked off after just standing there for minutes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE.

I have been out of town for 5 months. We always buy subway sandwiches at the Walmart location. But today was absolutely different. I had a coupon that comes in the mail for buy one footlong and get one free. I’ve used it there many times with no problem. But this time she said we dont except these, we dont except many coupons. Then she said we have our own regulations. But they don’t. I paid and I left. Finding out after I got home both our subs were crisp and burned. Tosted to the realm. Bread meaning as I had them tosted. She also informed me the other subway in bay minette is the same way. That everyone is a lie. My feelings.

Rude employee. I came in around 8:30pm on my lunch break and got a salad . While waiting on the worker to take my order she was engaged in a conversation with the people in front of me and while taking my order she rudely ignored what I said and yelled out her phone number to the same customers . So she then continued to fix my salad. Not asking what type of dressing I wanted so when she was ringing me up I asked for ranch dressing she mumbled and got this “ damn lady you’re worrying me” look her face . So I didn’t say anything I just looked at her. She handed me my bag and there wasn’t any condiments in there for my salad so again I asked if I could have crackers and croutons , the began to make gestures like she’s totally over it and me and started mumbling and shaking her head like she’s very annoyed . The opened sign was off when I pulled up for one and the store doesn’t closes until 9. I guess I wasn’t stopping her for trying to close earlier. Needless to say I WONT BE BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here I worked there for one day The food they are giving the customers is old the pretzels are old and the freezer where the food is stored is old and even has a old smell. They don’t even close the Bains down in the front so flies are always everywhere I worked there a half of day and never went back. The manager is rude and instead of throwing out old food she leaves it in the cooler and freezer where it smells horrible please No one go here!!!!!!!!

This location needs to updated…sign says 730 on outside. I went this am ,lady was standing Behind the register with her ear piece and ignoring me. When I finally got her attention and told her what her sign said.. she said “she know”. I swear this generation is so entitled. The other location on Mcmean is even worse….doesn’t open till 9 . Seems like nobody wants to work for this management!!!

Their food is good but their customer service is horrible, or at least with my last experience! Online it states that they don’t close until 9pm on Wednesday, so I ordered online thinking there’s plenty of time to get my order, but by 8:15 I had already recieved not 1 but 2 phone calls from them wanting to know, rudely, if I was going to pick my food up and by the time my husband had gotten there , before 8:30 they were already closed , luckily a guy was at their gate n asked was it him that was picking it up.
