The service was Great ! My waiter Greeted us with a smile and ambiance was very laid back. The food was very good ! Every sauce and seasoning I pick for my bowl was executed to prefection! Every bite was full of flavor ! The only problem i had was were you pick your meats for the bowl was all over the place . I know they were very busy so they could not get to it right at the moment . Now we as the people need to do better with putting the meat and veggies in the bowl properly. Will I try this place again, absolutely! Thank you for wonderful experience and see you soon .

Let me start by saying that I loved Kublai Khan and I have always had a great experience until today. I placed an order for a sushi roll and went to pick it up. After returning to work, I went to eat my sushi and the sushi looked amazing, however when I ripped the paper off of the chopsticks, I noticed one of the chopsticks had green mold on it. I immediately discarded the chopsticks and my sushi. I called the restaurant to inform them of the situation and the lady that answered offered to make a replacement order. I leave work to go get my replacement order and enter the restaurant. My order was ready, however the manager did not apologize for the inconvenience, but instead he asked me to provide the initial order and proof of the molded chopsticks. He also said “none of our other chopsticks have mold on them” as if I was lying. I am highly disappointed in the way that this was handled.

I ordered 2 rolls and now I can’t remember what they are. Both were delicious. I also got some spring rolls which were fried and nothing too special. The only problem with this place is the fancy lighting makes is dark in there and I had to use my cell phone light to read my menu.

Great food a build to eat Mongolian buffet but please note to put the vegetables under the meat or it will not build right for the proportion you’d like… we were told we did it the opposite but was capable of a great bowl of food anyway.. lol… they also serve sushi and it’s delicious.

All four rolls were 25$ even with tax . Nice fill u up food. The restaurant is clean . The nice young woman who took my order had a great attitude and really made our experience good. My wife absolutely love yall!

Delicious, affordable sushi!!! Our explorer roll was super spicy and full of flavor. Fried rice was fresh from the grill. Nigiri was great and so was ginger salad. Everything was well priced, very cheap. Service was great. Ambiance was great for watching a baseball game or chill Sunday night. Great spot for a quick dinner too.
