The only other complaint is that they are the only Subway nearby that won’t mix their teriyaki with the chicken and just squirt it on top. Both DeFuniak and Crestview locations actually manage to go back to mixing it. So until there are some changes, I feel no need to go back to this location.
But I just can’t believe how much they disappoint every time. You get rude workers that want to complain about what you want. When it’s your sandwich you shouldn’t have a place like this making faces or sticking there tounge out or making gag noises as they make your sandwich. My son and I wanted a sandwich and was the only ones there. We came in as they were finishing up a couple getting there sandwiches and the two workers were taking there time not asking what we wanted talking back and forth to each other and they drug it out so long it took an hour to get our food. While I was ordering my sandwich I asked if the top could be cleaned off of the tuna because some had crusted up and had cheese on top. She just picked the cheese off the top with her fingers and wanted to say it’s just some cheese. I do not want cheese on my tuna. Then she made sure to give me nothing but the top. ( I will not be eating the sandwich anymore). Was a waist of time and money. Not everyone is same and wouldn’t just eat whatever mixed with whatever. They should really consider putting a lid on the tuna and moving it away from the cheese. One of there workers wanted to get all snapy and snatching things and just stoped making my sandwich because i wanted toasted. Another worker had to finish making my sandwich. It was ridiculous. I cannot keep giving this subway chances. I have had so many bad experiences here I believe people should know what they will be running into before they stop here!
Went back still the same awful place the employees dont want to be there and they take it out by making awful subs for the customers there isn’t any customer service or happy attitudes and not only is the service awful but my wife is certain the ham is bad and the ranch and garlic aoili both taste off or watered down
They do pretty good with the pizzas, no attitude’s there.
SO MAYBE IT’S SUBWAY ITSELF OR THAT THE STAFF ARE RUNNING THE REGISTER’S WAITING ON CUSTOMERS THERE. RUNNING BACK AND FORTH TO SUBWAY.
