Did an online order, Went in to get it and manager wife who now works there started yelling at me(while I had my daughter w/me) in front of everyone when I asked was the order ready! Screaming you got people in front of you when no one was in line! Rude and HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I came in there yesterday night and the staff was super sweet. Taylor, The person that fixed my sandwich was super polite and sweet! I could tell she made my sandwich with love and respect!!! There were also two other young lady’s super polite! They rung such great manners. All together a 10/10 They sure know how to put a smile on Ur face 🙂

10/8/22 I went in an hour before closing and the 2 young ladies working were the BEST!!! My son ordered a CRAZY sandwich and they fixed it exactly how he wanted it and they were so polite and friendly! I live an hour away and have 2 other subways closer to me but I will drive that hour every time because the service is the best! My only regret is that I didn’t get the name of the 2 ladies working tonight so I could praise them!

My husband ordered a meatball 6 inch on Italian herb and cheese bread . The meatballs were cold he took one bight and brought it to the two ladies attention that we’re working on Saturday night at around 630pm. They said we can’t do anything about it bc the meatballs are warm. One of the lady’s stuck her finger in the pot. My husband said can I get another sandwich and one of the ladies said yeah but I want that one back he said you can have it back I don’t want it. Than she said just go ahead and throw it away. I was like she better say that bc that is unsanitary if she would have taken the sandwich back. They were both very rude. She made him another sandwich but it had to be the exact same price as his meatball so he got cold cut sandwich. It is very disappointing when employees don’t believe that the food they re serving is cold. That is an insult to the paying customer. Prices of food is too expensive for customers to go out and get a cold meatball sandwich and being treated like we are trying to get something for nothing. The one lady was so rude and so mean. The way she said as long as you give that sandwich back was totally uncalled for. 24.00 for our meal and my husband got treated like he was trying to pull a fast one on Subway . This will be our last visit to this Subway .we come to Abbeville every weekend to see my Mom and stop here quite often never again .we will be gladly to give our hard earn money to another restaurant.

Usually I have a great experience at this location. But it bummed me out that they no longer carry spinach or tomato tortilla for wraps. Just plain tortilla bread. Also they no longer accept coupons. That was 2 announcements of bad news in one day at that location. I went ahead and ordered a 6 inch Subway Club on wheat. But it didn’t satisfy my taste buds…. Now I’m back to dealing with the thick sub rolls, at this location. Unless I learn to like the plain tortilla bread.

Subway used to be excellent until I got a job there. Since I quit my sandwiches are never right. I’m missing bacon on sandwiches. I don’t have any condiments on my sandwiches after I ask for them. I asked for ranch and honey mustard on my sandwich and some on the side I had nothing on the sandwich. But if I take it back they won’t remake it they’ll open it up and add what’s missing. They do the same thing with bacon. This food is too expensive for the shortcuts they take. I’m not going to stop eating there I’m just going to let the public know what’s going on. Oh and the salt is ridiculous.

Ordered online through the app for several sandwiches. I arrived to find out that not only did they give my sandwiches away to someone with no proof or confirmation number that they were theirs, but they also couldn’t refund me my money nor make my order for me. I paid $35 for someone else to have dinner that night and was told essentially that it wasn’t their problem. I will not eat at another subway until they can right this problem.
In short: don’t use their online ordering system because they will just give your food away to strangers and tell you that it isn’t their problem and you can’t have your food nor your money back.
