Missing items on drive up order and when asked for our items a super rude lady came from back and basically yelled at us saying “here is your blizzard and cheetos and you didn’t pay for either so have a nice day” Well who’s fault is that? We ordered them lady and chips came with meal and what darn Dairy Queen has no fries – just chips with meal? Do not go to this location unless you want EXTREMELY rude customer service! Felt bad for poor other gal working there as she looked extremely embarrassed. I have been been a supervisor in customer service and I would say this store needs to look at doing some customer service training!! Ridiculous!

Near the halfway point of our drive. Good place for rest and bathroom break. Turtle pecan blizzard was pretty good. Quick and friendly service.

I love Dairy Queen, so I’ve been to a lot, and I have to say this location is by far the worst (and unfortunately it’s the closest to where I live). The blizzards hardly get anything mixed in; most bites are just straight ice cream. Cones always look a little small and sad. Lobby has been closed for years now so you can’t even go inside. Do not recommend stopping if you’re passing through. If you’re in the mood for Dairy Queen, check your route and find another one on your way!

It’s good, but you just need to understand that it’s a Dairy Queen “Treat” store so it has a limited menu as far as lunch options are concerned. No hamburgers, no fries no chicken strips etc. You can, however, get hot dogs or chicken sandwiches… Those types of things. As long as you understand that going in, it’s just fine. Friendly staff and all the ice cream treats you expect.

normally a very good place to go for a treat, however the girl with braces working tonight obviously hated her job, as she was undeniably rude. when i asked for 2 additional dilly bars at the window, she immediately closed it without asking what flavor, deciding for us that we wanted chocolate i guess (we didn’t want chocolate lol). she handed us all 3 of our blizzards without flipping any of them upside down. then without a word, not even a thank you or have a nice night, she slammed the window in my face. coming from somebody who works in town doing customer service, i was disappointed at the lack of respect.

We received the up most laziest of service possible from this DQ staff.
The young lady who took our order was extremely rude. We had never visited a location that did not offer the full menu of food items. Out of reflex we ordered cheese burgers. She let us know they do not have that option. So we asked what food is available and she responded “whatever is on the board”.
Proper response would have been to list the ONLY 3 food items you do offer vs being condescending
