Well… for a Subway… it was the cleanest Subway I have been in. Fresh food, reasonably priced.

Food is great, as it always is. If you’re planning on using Subway coupons, you have to ask which sandwiches the coupon will work on. That’s regardless of what it says on the coupon. Not even the employees understand how it really works.

Ordered 2 6 inch subs, bread was stale, the gentleman preparing my sandwich had a dip of snuff/or something in his mouth and point/not talk, he could not respond to my request…he would just point, I love subway and eat at a subway once a week

Was asked to remake the sandwich was told that they couldn’t bc all the bread is messed up (with an attitude) then we ordered a protein bowl and one guy threw it on the counter this place used to be really good but customer service has went way down sandwich was man handled and bread was ripped and it will not hold anything never coming back until customer service is better

The new owners are absolutely horrible. I took a very important client there for a business lunch and one of the men working behind the counter started a huge argument with my client because the client could not understand the workers barely comprehensive English. The worker was extremely rude and I will NEVER be going back to this location. I rarely write bad reviews but this is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life!

We ordered our food online and my husband and son received their orders (mostly). Unfortunately with mine they drowned my sub in mayo and I didn’t not mark and condiment at all. And we all marked toasted and not 1 of them was toasted. I could not even remotely eat my food.

Went into subway for the first time in a while. Met with a solid No when I told them I had a coupon.They had three sandwiches they would allow the coupon to be used for. Ham ,tuna, and one more generic sandwich you could make at home. We left and took our business to another locla owned business in Lineville. We won’t be back.

I used to love subway in lineville, but as soon as some new owners bought it, it has went downhill. Mold has been found on the food, this man in there will argue with the customers (i’m guessing he’s the manager) and he was also heard calling these teenagers stupid or idiots and cussing at them. Do better Clay co.

The service was very difficult. The employees could barely understand or speak English. It was taking three employees to get one order at a time. Very slow process. Need to have English speaking employees to serve the customers. Sign on the door said new management. I don’t expect this to last very long in Lineville.
