The sandwiches are average Subway sandwiches— if you order them in person, they make them exactly the way you want them.the employees are fantastic. I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone who works there. They always go out of their way and are so friendly and helpful. The store is always very clean as well.

We always order the same. Italian herbs and cheese bread –3 ft long; Cold cut trio with the works always turns out good. don’t let them make your sandwich .the way that they want to ::you tell them how your sandwich is to be made..they will take the time to make the best sandwich ,you can get ..always nice, always polite and always fast. We eat there 3 times a month.. great place . For the price. Always clean.

The service was great. I enjoy being met by smiling faces from the staff when I enter a restaurant and was at this Subway. I got exactly what I wanted even though I asked for extras of the cheese and vegetables. Once the lady politely explained they’re no longer allowed to give extras and I told her I would pay for them everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this Subway.

I placed an order on line at the Subway in Alexandria AL. When I got home my order was wrong. I called and the employee told me she apologized and to come back anytime and my order would be replaced. I went back within a few days to get my order replaced. I told the employee (female, shaved head and tattoo’s on both arms) what had happened and gave her my receipt. She began to make my corrected subs but very rude stated that I was suppose to bring the product back! I told her the night I called the employee did not tell me this. She spoke very hateful and I replied, ” It seems you are blaming me when its not my fault. Another female employee with (short dirty hair) very loudly said, “Ma’am shes telling you what the employee should have told you! She was very loud & unprofessional speaking out when the conversation was with me (the customer) and the female employee (that was remaking my order.) I was shocked how hateful and very unprofessional both employees reacted to a customer that was there to have an order replaced because of their employee’s fault.

Was not able to order so can’t rate the food. Arrived at 8:10 to grab dinner both doors to the were locked and the open sign was on. Left and called out of curiosity and asked the lady that answered what the hours were she said we close at 9:00pm. Hard to be open when patrons can’t walk in to order.

Ordered a simple buffalo chicken footlong. No instructions were followed, most of the sandwich was outside the bread, wasn’t toasted, and definitely not an $11 sandwich. Worse franchise I’ve ever been to. If you come here, expect to be hungry, and overpay.
