Told employee that they had brown lettuce, the spinach was wilted, and that they needed new of both. Employee said that’s how it came on the truck . I said so you’re going to serve people that nasty lettuce and their response was we have to have lettuce so yes. This is why so many businesses fail because of sorry employees. Just ridiculous .

I ordered online payed for it online she pushed ready button said everything was ready get there is nothing is ready she’s making other people stuff and I’d supposed to make ours because we ordered first then don’t have enough to make our sub cause she didn’t want to cook anymore meat balls then can’t give us a refund until 7 o’clock in the morning so basically we have to take what she offers or we wouldn’t get anything. $40 is a lot of money for sandwiches I feel we got ripped off with what she gave us for our money
