Absolutely unacceptable service. The employee at the register, Quin, was extremely rude and dismissive. Despite me paying for my order, he barely listened to what I was saying, repeatedly interrupted, and was taking other orders at the same time without any acknowledgment or basic courtesy. There was no greeting, no effort to communicate, and no respect shown to the customer.
On top of that, I was told they do not accept gift cards, which was handled poorly and without explanation. The entire interaction felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Colossal waste of time. Waited 5 minutes before being Asked for my order. Asked for a chicken bacon ranch. Worker started taking two other people’s orders (and working on one of theirs) before even grabbing bread for my order. Was told there was no ranch after the sandwich had already been made and toasted. Colossal waste of time. Lettuce and spinach looked brown and disgusting.

I’m not a big grab and go diner thus I don’t often eat at these sorts of restaurants. This one is located inside of a Mapco and though it has tables I’m not keen on eating in a convenience store. I gave it a shot though because I use the gas station often and it always smells good. I grabbed a six inch tuna with cheese and lettuce and ate it in the car on my lunch break. The sandwhich was good and I recall grabbing a breakfast flatbread here before as well that was good. Service was fine, would grab and go again.

First of all the worker’s were very impolite. They don’t greet you with a smile. You are there spending your money. They act as though you are bothering them.I ordered meatball sub please don’t order this. The meat tasted like it was spoiled. Over loaded with cold sauce to cover up the taste.

Absolute trash, disrespectful. They act like having customers are an inconvenience, and the non-verbals were outrageously abysmal. Additionally, the food is of poor quality. This is coming from many encounters in hope that they would improve. Unfortunate.

Worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. Guy looked at me in silence until I said something. Bread was not toasted. Horrendous service.
