First off my high score was for the employee named Reagan. I visited the store after work the evening of 11/26/25. When I arrived there were several people ordering with multiple orders. I was patiently waiting for the next employee to come to the front to lend a hand but no one showed up so I continued to wait patiently. Reagan fixed those sandwiches and mine amazingly and his customer service was excellent. He’s a 10/10. My takeaways on the visit was the lighting outside is too dim. Also, your employee working alone in this darkness is dangerous. I’m sure everybody wanted to be home with family but owners step in if you don’t have the staff and lend a hand and so your employees lives won’t be at risk.

I placed a mobile order for two subs. The tuna sub needed lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo and cheese. Only cheese and tomato was on the sub (yuck!). I didn’t notice until I made it home, and I had to clock back into work so I couldn’t go back to the store. I feel like I wasted my money.

Store sign says open, open sign lit up. But for about an hour now the door has been locked and no one is answering their phone. Don’t know what’s up with that considering it’s 3 in the afternoon and the only cars around I’m assuming are the employees’

I had a wonderful encounter with Zack and Jae. They were both super pleasant and their work ethics ( together) was great. They were helpful with suggestions too. The store was very clean, I will most definitely return because of their customers service

One of the workers was very rude and didn’t come out until the very end! Very disrespectful when there was only one employee at the front. Basically told us if you want more than 5 sandwiches you need to call ahead. Didn’t realize you could honestly order over the phone. For a big family like ours we need roughly 9 sandwiches for everyone in our household. And this was just so bad on their part. Such a bad experience for us! I hope they do better and hope that if they say something they will post it so everyone knows. How is someone supposed to know if you can’t get over 5 subs!

This place is a hit or miss. Last time I went there, the sub sandwich was good. It was also made by a different individual than this time. However, this time I had a red dread headed woman fix my sandwich with an attitude. I hear her complain out loud to someone that she was upset that people kept coming into store during LUNCH time because she couldn’t go do what she wanted to do. She proceeded to give me a very hard, inedible bread that breaks apart when you pick it up. Threw the rest of the sandwich together without a care in the world. Very unprofessional, won’t be going back.

I’ve gone to this location several times over the course of years. It’s pretty much always the same. The employees are usually friendly, some very reserved. The building is an older building that offers little to be desired. It’s drab and the lighting is more dim than any other Subway I recall being in in years, but it is clean. They are ALWAYS out of something. Usually what I am planning to order, as it goes. It was not a game week or the weekend. It was a weeknight. Ordered my food online showed up and it wasnt ready so checked my phone and had an email where my order had been cancelled but my card was still debited. The only expalanation I was given was that they never received the order even though it as the right address. The point of ordering online was it wouldny be so late when we got home but we had to have dinner so i ordered inside and paid again hopefully the first $34 i spent will be refunded by 3 days!
