I have always loved a good sub sandwich but I probably will not visit this subway much again unless I just don’t have a choice lol. My sandwich wasn’t terrible but the customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE with the interaction I had with the female working she was severely high barely could hold her eyes open and barely could make a sandwich asked my husband five times what kind of cheese he wanted we felt uncomfortable to not watch her every single move as she couldn’t even remember what to put onto the sandwich’s we ordered which were pretty darn basic listed on the menu lol and the guy that was working you could tell was trying his best but was stressed and I believe his stress was coming from the other employee that was to high to even do her job which made his job harder as he tried to pretend as nothing bad or stressful could have been going on. Good job to you dude you kept it together and I’m proud of you !

I would have given this place a 5, 5 years ago but quality has really gone down. I use to get the meatball sub and every time I go in there if it’s after 11:30 those meatballs are disgusting. I have talk with the manager time and time and time again informing him if he didn’t stop making those meatballs so early I was gonna quit coming. Apparently he doesn’t care he keeps right on doing it I was a loyal customer for years but ever since the renovation the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down!! I hate to say this i really do because I have gone there since it was new heck I went there the first night it opened I remember we were all so excited when they came to town but now this. So with that being said I will give them another chance here in a few months but if quality doesn’t improve I won’t be going back.

Food was great but young guy working talks so much non sense its hard to even place order over him rambling on about random stuff!! He is not rude just cant deal with taking 20 min to grab a sub because he wants to put on a show! We will go back but if he is in there ill just come another day when he is not and we dont have to deal with him!

We ordered 3 different subs and all were awful. We ask for extra marinara sauce and he refused also refused to add extra cheese even those we were more than happy to pay extra for it. He left off mustard and mayo off one. The lettuce was brown. Will not be back!

This is the worst subway anywhere. I have had nothing but bad from this restaurant. The last straw was that I ordered food from online APP. I used a coupon code and paid for my order. I arrived and was told I could not have my food because they no longer accepted online coupons. The coupon is from there own website. I do not understand. I am also out the time, cost and dinner. I hope everyone has better luck. I am really angry that I already paid for the he meal. I was given no call or warning from the restaurant, and of course no food.
