Subway in the small town of Geraldine, Alabama is THE BEST subway. Every single time they hit it out of the park. I was fully a firehouse gal until I started this store. They all need raises. Also, the male worker starts my order as soon as he sees my car pull up lol! Never disappoint

Serving sizes have been cut down. Paid $11 for a 6 inch sandwich that had nearly nothing on it. Will not be back. There are more restaurants around that are better and sadly I was drawn here.

The sandwiches were soggy and barely had anything in it. They forgot to put my chips in the bag from an online order and then doubted I had paid for it. The owner and the workers need better customer service training.

Paid $10 just to take one bite and throw my food away. The man that works the counter is extremely rude. I asked if they could toast my food because it was meatballs and they just put cold cheese on top and he said no. When I started eating it even the meatballs were cold. Terrible service and waste of money!

I have always loved a good sub sandwich but I probably will not visit this subway much again unless I just don’t have a choice lol. My sandwich wasn’t terrible but the customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE with the interaction I had with the female working she was severely high barely could hold her eyes open and barely could make a sandwich asked my husband five times what kind of cheese he wanted we felt uncomfortable to not watch her every single move as she couldn’t even remember what to put onto the sandwich’s we ordered which were pretty darn basic listed on the menu lol and the guy that was working you could tell was trying his best but was stressed and I believe his stress was coming from the other employee that was to high to even do her job which made his job harder as he tried to pretend as nothing bad or stressful could have been going on. Good job to you dude you kept it together and I’m proud of you !

This is the worst subway anywhere. I have had nothing but bad from this restaurant. The last straw was that I ordered food from online APP. I used a coupon code and paid for my order. I arrived and was told I could not have my food because they no longer accepted online coupons. The coupon is from there own website. I do not understand. I am also out the time, cost and dinner. I hope everyone has better luck. I am really angry that I already paid for the he meal. I was given no call or warning from the restaurant, and of course no food. Would have left no stars but will not let me! This is the restaurant in Geraldine Alabama. Thanks Sgt.Jason Welsh

We ordered 3 different subs and all were awful. We ask for extra marinara sauce and he refused also refused to add extra cheese even those we were more than happy to pay extra for it. He left off mustard and mayo off one. The lettuce was brown. Will not be back!

Don’t ask for extra mayo! After getting a sandwich made the cashier was told to charge me for 3 cookies to cover my extra mayo. I explained very nicely I was not paying for cookies unless I got cookies. I asked that they remake my sandwich without the extra mayo if that was the case. She refused and told me the total again for my sandwich(with the additional bs charge for 3 cookies included). Nope! Keep it. I wonder how many others got charged extra for cookies they didn’t get?

Food was great but young guy working talks so much non sense its hard to even place order over him rambling on about random stuff!! He is not rude just cant deal with taking 20 min to grab a sub because he wants to put on a show! We will go back but if he is in there ill just come another day when he is not and we dont have to deal with him!

This store has the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen. Go in to order a sandwich and they didn’t even acknowledge they had any customers they just continued to do 4 online orders. I just left after waiting a good while.
