Walked in with a coupon stating buy a footlong get one free with a drink. After they made our subs we tried handing the coupon to the lady employee and she laughed at us. The owner said that was the ONLY coupon they couldn’t accept, when is clearly states on there not valid in AK or HI. IT DONT SAY NOTHING ABOUT ALABAMA. Calling corporate in the morning. This gotta stop. It’s not right!

It was made very clear to me that the owner of this particular Subway is only worried about getting a maximum amount of money out of the customer, since I have been going there I’ve noticed they had zero customer service skills, and they do not honor any of the coupons that I have brought in because when I ordered a roast beef sub and a turkey sub the staff member said that I wouldn’t be able to get the roast beef sub with the coupon when it clearly does not state that on the coupon itself, so when I made the option to leave all of sudden I was allowed to use the coupon so before I go in there next time I will be calling the corporate offices so they can explain to me what I can and cannot use their coupons on…

Friendly staff. Good food. Just missed the mark on our orders. Didn’t double meat the outlaw sandwich as it should be made. Forgot to give us my daughter’s cookies, even after all three employees repeated and asked what kind of cookies she wanted.

The lil white girl with blue eyes, kinda big was rude. rushed my order. Wouldn’t help me with the rewards app for subway when i was genuinely confused i said yes ma’am and was nice as possible she scoffed and rolled her eyes. cut me off, was mad that i had another sandwich to order. basically threw my sandwiches out the window (exaggeration). I don’t take disrespect lightly, if she’s that miserable quit that simple. Then she still got my order wrong when i watched her write it down on the paper funny.
